一个前景更有把握的。
A: 刚开始1年，10人以下，是自己感兴趣的方向，能体现自己的价值，也能学到很多东
西。现有员工多数是印度人，interview时候觉得都还不错。funding能再用一年，有几
个beta的customer。
B: 开始有几年了，大约100人，不是感兴趣的方向，需要学的东西很多，如果去了开始
基本做不了什么主要的东西。但公司环境不错，有一些很牛的ex-coworker，team很好
，funding也不错，前景应该看好。
目前的compensation，A比B多，但如果跟B谈的话，B可能可以match。
我现在倾向去A，主要是开始工作已经很多年，年纪也不小了，刷题刷不下去，就想做
一些感兴趣的有成就感的。老婆的工作管医疗保险，也没有身份问题，暂时不稳定也没

建议不去TRMS，这个组很老了，很多去了一年的都跑了，亚麻好多组的机器学习都比他
们好点啊，技术和工具都新一点。
Customer Experience 但是其实是full fillment, 但是AWS什么都没提，如果技术
stack上还是legacy的也不用去了
TAM 这种支持seller的，也不用去了，因为亚麻用户体验好，都是对消费者的。seller
的系统一直很烂
International Retail 我觉得也不用去了，重复的东西往其他国家推推，根据国情打
打patch还好，万一有些国家市场特别fragmented, 要写很多customize的东西，。 以

，好区和差区的房价差价就会越来越大，那么过了几十年后，这种效果积累起来是很可
观的，但是观察房价历史，发现好区和差区的房价比例在过去几十年的历史中并没有特
别的变化。这个非常明显的矛盾，其中原因究竟是什么的？
最后我发现，其中的关键是：好区和差区是会变的。30年前的好区现在可能是黑人聚居
的地方，30年前的玉米地现在可能是顶级好区。
你的coworker的经验，当然是对的，但是需要注意的是他们所说的好区，是现在的好区
，在他们买房子的时候并不一定是好区，或者不如现在那么好的好区，他们往回看，当
然是“现在的好区在过去的一段时间里涨得快了”。
这是“历史不会简单的重复”这句话非常有代表性的例子了，其实只要稍微想一想就会
发现这个问题，可惜很多人就没有去思考这个问题，也就没有意识到这一点，
然而你能够预测今后的好区在哪里么？如果你能够，恭喜，你应该去玩股票。
