cowboy，是playboy。
湖帆这么多年，08年的crazy达到巅峰。然后就开始降温。这么打下去，很担心渐渐就
不喜欢湖人了。
回忆08，每个人都是心头肉，没有一个讨厌的人。不但是kobe，每个龙套，都在进步，
都积极，向上，给人无限憧憬，期待他们明天会更好。现在，不讨厌的人很少了。
最讨厌sasha，废柴兼脑残。见到it的张牙舞爪，就想抽他。
然后是lamar，脑残的charge跟loose ball foul，就想骂他。
然后是farmar，完全没有进步，退步无穷多。完全不会投篮，挡拆，防守，都问题多多
。除了fastbreak，就是个垃圾。
然后是老妪。该退了。
luke不在眼前晃悠，也就忘了他。但是忘不了他的薪水。没有这个脑残的薪水，ariza
也不会走。

7/3rd正好到了我的州。我本来没有打算参加全程，特地晚去了一个小时打算偷偷混着
骑车。到了发现游泳居然还没有开始，大家都跳我也不好意思站着，那就跟着跳吧
3850m 1:20。
T1慢慢来10来分钟，换了衣服上了一堆boadyglide sunscreen然后骑车，大家知道我的
车是刚刚买的，就怕手潮摔车，路上我前面的人摔车，就差不到一米撞上去，还有好多
爆胎的，cowboy自己居然爆胎了2次，还有个大黑狗追我们。狗屎运，我这个新手居然6
:15混下来112迈，18.2 avg 19 moving。
完成骑车之后大家歇了好久，根本没看时间，我拿icebag把knee都冻了，还照了不少相
。感觉不错，吃了香蕉和一donut，已经搞了这么远我就跟着继续混吧，反正开跑以后
发现他们跑的也不快11的pace。
每7迈一个gu，12oz 运动饮料。半个马拉松之后突然发现一起开始看着挺专业的一队因
为成员抽筋退出了，只剩我一个和这个牲口了，总给有人代表我们这个小破州陪他完成

(1) 当年Cowboys的deep threat不是六呎二寸的Michael Irvin--他是"play-maker",
"possesion receiver", "go-to guy", but NOT the deep guy. 箭头人物是六呎四寸,
可以立定灌篮的Alvin Harper. 那几年他平均每个赛季不超过四十接 -- about two per
game -- 但每一接超过二十码, 是Irvin的完美配合.
他的不少球是从仰望加绝望的CB/S头上硬生生摘下来的. 也就是从他以后NFL开始常见都
六呎(以上)的corner.
95年NFC冠军赛, 比赛前一致认为49ers会派Deion Sanders与Irvin单挑, 再区域联防

在版上潜水多年，学到了很多。喜爱的球队终于进了春晚，虽然注定悲剧，但也写了个
文章分享一下，算是不辜负这个特殊的赛季了。

电影：007，no country for old man, cowboys and aliens. 话说cowboys and
aliens 也是真心好看的电影。我绝对是daniel Craig 的大扇子，电影里他好多裸露的
镜头，出来我就对老公说你也去练成他那样的身材多棒啊，口水~~~在我走出电影院的
时候我很兴奋，结果我前面的墨西哥人回头对我说，一点都不好看，他都看睡着了。他
是真心没看懂呀，这电影有daniel Craig 就不需要Tom Cruise的高科技来充数了，光
看Daniel craig就行了. 有了他,连看似很荒谬的cowboys and aliens也变得特别好看
啊， 狂推他的电影!!!! |

I wanted to see this movie for two reasons: 1) I am a big music and movie
fan of Jamie Foxx. 2) I wanted to know why Nate Parker turned the movie down
and seemed so disappointed in the script when he did an interview on The
Breakfast Club.
