有问题，但是连钓局对华人的刻意racial profiling的钓鱼执法，充分说明整个米国社
会主流精英决策层对华人和中国人的高度防范，不信任和歧视，甚至敌意。无论是否有
历史，客观，甚至老中自身总喜欢贪小便宜吃大亏的严重sophitication不足文化综合
症，怎么说这是一个很悲哀的事实。
另一方面，棒子高层，三星，现代等，在美国严重犯罪甚至直接收买前中情局长，却被
米当局和媒体刻意大事化小，甚至小事化了了。这才是对美国价值和公正的最大威胁和
讽刺。
不多说了，再贴旧文。棒子的黑暗，肮脏，比起所有连钓局抓的老中要黑暗一万倍。

就算是科普，他这个科普水平也太差了。字体极小，图极小，slides感觉很cheap。英
语很差，专业基础知识也很差。
还很自以为是。
你说这种人怎么能混来interview? 我也奇怪，这厮简历还不错的。
现在看来都是他老板力挺他的，他自己学识实在有限，只能毕业了以后一直在老板手下
混。
我本来不理解为啥现在大家都兴phone interview先。
现在看来，确实有必要先刷一下，这一次on-site浪费了学校多少钱啊。

香煎羊排
用rosemary和孜然，盐，胡椒粉，olive oil胭过之后每面都煎一分钟，然后放到预热
350度的烤箱中层里烤5－10分钟。我们喜欢吃medium rare的，如果喜欢吃熟一点的可
以适当烤久一点或者切成单片的羊排会比较快熟。
这样子的羊排非常香而且很嫩，入口就化。
土豆泥（无黄油健康做法）
土豆切成小块然后蒸15分钟，我没有用水煮，因为蒸的味道更好
出锅后用叉子捣碎到见不到块状土豆
加热过的奶，我用的1％ milk加了一块nonfat creme cheese (laughing cow)增加味道
，奶要分batch一点点的加，然后mix好了再加
加盐，喜欢有味道的可以加点chive
烤花菜
我用了煎羊排用过的油炒了一下再烤的，大概要烤上45分钟，中间还要mix一下
Shrimp stuffed mushroom
蘑菇杆子切成小细末（15个蘑菇）
大蒜也切成细末
锅里加一点油，把蘑菇杆子和大蒜煎到基本上没水出来
虾仁(15个）加大蒜，料酒，黑胡椒，basil，切成细块但是不要剁的太细

into their pocket even when they have big loss in biz.
So, unless you yourself squeeze the milk and take care of the cow, which
means you need to know both skills. The guy you hire (and actually someone
hire it for you) could steal the milk and make the cow sick and report you a
false health report.

不是big cow，也不deep，随便聊聊自己的感受。几个优点
1. 异步，支持高并发，避免多线程编程的各种苦逼问题
2. V8, 高性能
3. JS, 前端后端用一种语言搞定，非常方便
4. CS, 吸收Python, Ruby的优点，使得写JS比Python, Ruby还简洁，清爽
5. 快速开发，对rails，python等冲击很大 （目前来看对Java确实没什么影响，如
zhaoce大牛所说，Java本来就不适合做web的前端。不过很感兴趣如果做后端只是从性
能来说，node能比Java慢多少）
6. 前端的大趋势是SPA, MVC往browser里移， 后端退化为web service，所以传统的
MVC架构优势就大大减弱了
7. 很多协议本身就是基于JS和JSON的，比如restful， mongodb， elasticserch etc
。用node来做非常自然，不需要转换数据类型

班上经常有人问怎么买沙发，我就写写我的经验总结吧。
买沙发以前，经常听这里的人说沙发市场的水如何深，走进家具店，皮沙发价格昂贵也
不知道被宰成什么样，所以下决心做足research，谋定而后动。所有的研究主要都是网
上的资料，发现了一个非常好的网站，myfurnitureforum.com。基本上所有的信息都是
从那上面学的。要指出的是，那个网站的owner本身就在Virginia经营一个小型高端家
具店，最后我的沙发也通过他买的。我觉得我从他的网站学到很多，所以应该给他
credit，觉得我是托的话，到这里就可以绕行了。
说沙发市场水很深，其实说深也不深。材料和做工决定了这个沙发多少钱。所以搞清楚
了材料和做工的奥秘，买皮沙发就剩下选自己喜欢的style了。
皮沙发的材料里，最贵的就是皮和frame，其他如垫子，弹簧之类好坏之间差价不是很
大，稍微上点档次的牌子一般不会太在那上面省钱。

些不错的美国家具科普，和大家分享一下。出处请您自行google。（I take no credit
for the text below）。一般实木的家具都是OAK和MAPLE，WALNUT，大概因为这几样
木头稍微贵点，又不是稀有木材，所以大块的拿来作家具还能负担的起，MAHOGNY倒是
贵，也能做家具，不过。。。
PINE太便宜了，很多VENEER的家居本身都是拿PINE做，所以也没人吹嘘IT的家具是实木
PINE的:-)我一直搞不清中文的红木倒底是什么，好像不是REDWOOD，也不是CEDAR：因
为这两样都能订钉子，传说中的红木是很硬的，只能榫接，而且比水沉..
VENEER分真木头的VENEER和印花+压花的塑料VENEER，做的好的印花+压花VENEER，我只
能在和真木板对照时才分的出来，大体真木头暖一点。因为真木头表面也要上一层
CLEAR FINISH PAINT，所以除非你把表面划破，否则是直接摸不到木纹的，而且高级的

么，而是有cumulative effect, 比如我家的有cow protein allergy, 出生的头两个星
期都没事，从第4个星期才爆发出来。而你喝的cow protein, 需要6个星期才能完全从
你的系统中清理出来，所以即使你完全停止吃dairy，宝宝6个星期内还会有一点点便血
。我自从完全不吃dairy以后，就看不到便血了，大便颜色也从绿色变回黄色，但是大
便测试还有血液的存在，不过很少。
我觉得你的情况最大的可能是食物敏感，尝试一下elimination diet。 |

题。
荨麻疹 在人体四肢或躯干皮肤表面突然出现浅红色风团，有瘙痒或烧灼感，时起时消
，消退后不留痕迹。这主要是由于人们接触了某些致敏物质造成的，天气冷热突变也是

Nutramigen是专门给cow milk过敏的孩子的。
我娃之前有个大便有血，原因是我吃了一点点蛋糕（有奶油）。后来我停止母乳一周，
吃这个奶粉，慢慢一半母乳一半奶粉，后来就好了。我从那以后一点奶制品都没吃过。
宝宝继续母乳。
就是戒口开始很难受，基本上饼干啥都没有得吃了。 |

很多牛奶生产商为了提高产量，都给牛用一种激素，但这种激素在牛奶中的残留对人体
很可能有害，不少研究表明可能会提高乳腺癌的发病率。欧洲是不允许用这种激素的。
大家如果感兴趣可以在网上搜搜相关信息。
美国生产的cheese 如果不标明，很可能也是含激素的。
不含激素的牛奶会标有 rBGH free 的字样

奶吗？如果是对cow milk里的蛋白不耐受，那没办法只能吃soy milk based的或那种深
度水解的，如果只是乳糖不耐受，推荐similac的sensitive，挺好喝的。 |

出生后因为感染住院用抗生素一周
在医院期间以配方奶为主，挤出来的母乳给他 除胎便外，之后的大便呈现豆腐脑状
一周后回来，以母乳为主，大便先后呈现：豆腐脑状大便，大便带水，大便上有血丝（
黏液状，肛门附近没血）有血的大便持续了一天（三次）
明天周一去看儿医，blessing
