I checked just now, I still need at least 4 couses to take for
prerequirement course(先修课). and then I will need 36 credits of courses
and 24 credits of Clinical/nursing Practice(Total 60 credits). Around $350/
Credit, this part is much cheaper than you.
It is not 1年上课，2年实习, Thank you! Looks it will take 2 years. |

我报的是加州的RN考试，之前报加州的CG考试都已经通过审核了，已经参加了11月的CG
考试了。但加州的RN审核还是没有通过，主要还是成绩单的问题。
我给加州护士局寄去了指纹卡，支票，还有学校开的成绩单还有课程描述。课时应该能
够满足加州护士局的要求。但是他们给我回了一封信，内容是：
X Theory and clinical components concurrent
Please have your school of nursing, xxxxx university, clarify if the
clinical component was taught concurrently with the theoretical component.
从内容上看应该是说我的理论课时和时间课时不是同时进行的。于是我让我的学校开了
一份证明说我的理论课时和实践课时是同时进行的，寄去加州后又回了一封信给我，内

when you apply a course-by-couse by WES,they will give you a cover page and
mailed those to the school and then have then mailed back to WES. For the
Art or histry, I think it will be ok, and I took histry class in college so
that might counts. I justed finished pCAT and in the process in apply, let
you know how it wents. |

you find the programs you like and applied to them.
They will send you the invitation for interview if they liked your profile.
you go on interview.
you will rank the program you interview on how much you liked the program (
at least that's how I ranked them).
At the same time, program will also interview a bunch of students and rank
them based on how much they liked the student.

(math, programming, finance) then you can land a front desk quant
position. then you should be able to match 150-200k as soon as you enter.
if you only do programming, then you likely would land on some IT group, it
s most likely not worth it.
of couse there are companies that would put you in IT even though you know
math, programming, finance, and do some quant stuff, just because by giving
you an IT/developer title in |

我是统计的小master，没有intern以及工作经验
如果只写一页的话，写完eduation，relevent experience，computer skills之后
就没有多少空间了，我还想多写些couse projects，显得自己干了不少活，
这样的话就一页肯定挤不下了，听CS的人说，他们简历随便写几页，都无所谓
是不是统计的最好一页？？
还有，我的relevent experience 无非就是在学校做了写讲课（统计），以及research
的东西，research还是以前转统计之前专业的，跟要找的工作关系都不大，是不是这一项
就可以删了？？

Ms的offer。计划硕士毕业以后就工作。想请业内人士帮助分析下这两个学校怎么样，

NCSU 的Stat 是一年couse only的项目，上10门课最后有个考试。优点是学费生活费便
宜，在北卡三角区就业估计也不错，而且学位是纯统计，以后就业的选择面宽一些；缺
点是没有做project的机会，而且一年时间会很赶。不知到course-based的学位在找工
作时会不会特别有劣势。
Harvard的Biostat是两年，上大约16门课，没有最后考试。优点是有很多做project的
机会，学校名字响；缺点是学费生活费特别贵，因为学位是生统，估计以后就是在
health care, pharma 混（目测pharma 对于生统硕士还挺难进。。。）
本人一直混生物圈，对统计的就业不是很了解。希望明白人shed light on me. 先谢过

and he hit his open ended straight draw.( 50$ for a 75$ pot on the flop).
turn I checked, river he made the straight and check to me, I stepped into
his trap and all in 120$, he called.
For the one runner flush draw, he made a horrible call on the flop, of couse
turn he got flush draw and bottom pair, for a big pot , he can call 120$
more. |

But sometime you have to think what is the opponent thought.
why he do that, what hand he put you on, is it a good chance to bluff,
even this time you may failed, next time you know what he is thinking then
can bluff him or catch his bluff.

I am the "donkey player" in the big blind!
I got 5 7 off suit, so many player called before me so I just called the
rest 15$ hoping a trash flop.
After see the flop 447 . I got an Idear, I tried to represent I have a 4!
So I stop and think for a while.
And everything happened as I expected, he bet 110$ for this 120$ pot(
obviously he doesn't like another card on the turn and everyother one folded)
I think it is a show time now, So I think for a while again(of couse |

It's a easy call 130 for 350 man. pockets pairs 99-QQ would push same way if
they decide to play. What's the sense to call your 60 with QQ here with
only 100 behind? If I play 79 suited and don't want to fold, i would push
too.
Of couse you could run into 78,66,A8. but the range of hands jutify the call.
BTW, how many ppl push 66 here?? Would not you push on turn to suck more out
of pretty obvious big pairs? |

What is the chance he won?
I put it too simple and gambled with him for 20-30 times.
