这样的道理听太多了，就很容易麻木。可是看到最后一段的时候，里面说：

忽然觉得这个话很有道理。
后来我师兄给我发了个email，说他今天的快乐经历。
说早上有两个Fedex guys来敲门，问：Are you he?我这个师兄就说，yah, i am him. 人
家说，我们来pick up你要寄的包裹呀。我师兄就很纳闷，没有要寄什么包裹啊。人家看
他犹豫，就又问,r u he?....
最后，人家要找的是一个姓何的GG。
其实这样的笑话闹的挺多的。我原来上课的时候，一个姓余的女孩子，老师点名的时候把
她漏了，她就举手，老师大概说了句什么话，让她报上名来，她就说，Y，U。老师很惊讶

tools TOAD etc.
1. Format a query
when doing a SQL tuning, we select sql_text from v$sql or copy/paste from
