伊朗菜里面有烤羊棒骨和肉串,有馕,土耳其菜有肉串,但是肉块很大,不如新疆烤串好吃.
伊朗的馕还可以,没有新疆馕筋道,但是还能吃.

Lunch: 1 Tilapia fillet, mixed vegies, couscous(400)
Snack: 1 banana + 1/2 fruit cheese tart(300)
Dinner: snow pea, egg plants, tofu with 2 tortilla,3 dates (350)
Exercise:郑多燕健身操 30 mins + pilates 1 hour
Total:1350*1.2=1620
前三天坚持得不错,终于又掉了一点。今天吃饭的时候不停地提醒自己要控制住,不要放松。还是买了一个小的fruit tart奖励自己,把水果和cheese filling吃了,饼皮咬 了两口,仍了。没想到的是salad 里的couscous的热量也很高,1/3 cup就有220 卡。今天的热量可能会超。看来晚上只能吃蔬菜了。甜品还是不能碰啊。 |

我原来在H-Mart见过,是从国内进口的小袋装.但是质量很差,掺了很多土和沙子,洗干

e****q 发帖数: 1668 | 42 力量训练有快俩月了,每周去gym 3-5次不等,主要练腿(至少两天)。程序就是先跑5
-10分钟热身,然后挨个儿的做器械:leg extension, lying leg curl,
seated hip adduction(Abduction), hip flexion, standing calf
raise, etc.
刚开始的时候练哪儿哪儿疼,特有成就感,到现在重量加了1.5-2倍了,反而怎么做都
不疼。腿确实比以前瓷实了,但肌肉没长到我要的效果,关键不往大块儿长。更糟糕的
是现在膝盖开始不舒服了,不知道是不是承重太多,leg extension 的时候会有软骨
摩擦的感觉,早上醒来第一次+动腿膝盖会疼一下,然后就没事了。去看过医生,什么都
没看出来,上次说的脚腕的问题照了x光,啥事儿没有。医生说有的人就是这么张的,软
骨容易摩擦 -.-|||
饮食上还是正常吃,反正本来也吃不多,减了米饭改成硬邦邦的糙米和couscous. 练得
时候喝gatorade,练完后有时候喝whey,这周开始吃鱼油和joint supplement.
我这种情况有必要休息一阵子么?我想的是先游泳一 |

~~~主要是我都是正午时分游的,下次换早上。
早午饭:Cajun海鲜饭1小碗+半个苹果+洋葱辣椒炒猪舌头
下午运动前吃了1/4cup的cheese+1 cup的奶
拉升了10分钟,然后瞪了5分钟自行车(bs我自己,实在是运动不动了),然后桑拿了15
分钟
晚上:2口couscous+番茄酱炒意式squash+半个苹果+1碗红豆粥
总体上,今天吃得还是多了点,不过比昨天好点。明天早上争取可以游泳。

减肥真的好难! 真的!真的!今天我有2个饭局。。 我强忍呀强忍! 虽然吃的比平时
少多了但是还是不够少。。 我把吃了一bite的pie 转让给了别人,我容易吗我! 那
pie可真好吃啊!我就一bite!!
早饭: 一杯加牛奶的咖啡;
午饭: 10个小胡萝卜, 10个cherry, 2个草莓, 3块mellon. 一勺玉米, 一勺couscous,
一勺spinach salad, 一个炸鸡腿,
半个 deviled egg, 1/2 serving superfruit smoothie, 一口pie;
晚饭: 一勺米饭上面铺上厚厚一层steamed spinach, 2块鸡肉, 一点鸡肉汤, 一口
banana bread (剩下的全给 lg了). |
