两个都是10K SPG pts=30K Marriott pts一晚
目前在网上搜集到的信息有：
1. Courtyard在小镇周围生活方便，Sheraton要偏一些
2. Courtyard没有resort fee，Sheraton每天$31.25
3. Marriott Gold能进lounge但是Courtyard没有，Sheraton有lounge但是SPG Gold进
不去，囧。。。
4. 市面价格Sheraton比CY要多$50，有点感觉点数换CY的话不划算。
请问各位有没有经验分享，谢谢！ |

不过就算是45k，也没差太多吧，毕竟sheraton也要10k spg，courtyard也是30k
marriott, waikoloa beach marriott好像也要35k。而mauna kea beach hotel的房间
真是高大上，而且不收到resort fee和parking。 |

这个靠近Friendship Height地铁站，比较新，就是电视机老了点
难得美国有不用出地铁站就可以逛的shopping mall

发帖数: 606 | 44 我以前也住TH的时候，有个公共的courtyard，邻居的teenager经常在courtyard打篮球
，有的时候还带同学或小区其他孩子玩。由于courtyard是围起来的，非常拢音，打球
就格外吵。最可恨的是他们总是在周末下午打，我家小朋友们都要睡午觉，没法入睡。
后来我就直接去找隔壁的邻居说了，请他们不要在courtyard里打篮球，可以去紧挨着
小区的sports park打。至少不要在周末下午打。我反正是感觉自己挺诚恳地，站在父
母的角度出发，讲道理。后来他们就把篮球架撤了，几乎再没见到隔壁孩子在yard打篮
球了。
另外，你住TH，应该有HOA，可以直接跟他们反映，他们肯定要出头调节的。反正我们
的HOA啥都管，我们自己的小朋友也被complain过几次，哈哈。 |

发帖数: 918 | 45 courtyard是给商务出差用的，我们一般出差喜欢courtyard因为它积point和full
service的marriot是一样的，在没有marriot的小镇出差，这是能在合理距离内最高配
置的酒店。其他的更低端的就只有50%的point，所以用point换stay的话courtyard就不
划算，因为你的free night不会在积point，residence inn的装修比courtyard稍微差
一点，但是包早餐，而且带小厨房，非常适合出去玩，没觉得其他的旅馆里算好到哪里
去，我也有hilton的卡，同样是gold的，积点数速度我觉得类似，redeem的时候point
要求也非常类似，而且hilton的很多东西都是无聊的配置，比如doubletree里面的商店
咖啡馆。 |

这个courtyard在美国是2星牌子。
