还是有offer最后至少有个正式通知是从office of graduate study发出的。
反观申请教职，如果从始至终没有电面，没消息的就算了。比较搞笑的是电面后，除非
你被选上oncampus的面试了，否则经常是没下文了，不了了之。经常是3，4个月没消息
。这种情况很明显是没有戏。但是HR方面我就很奇怪，为什么不发一个courteous 的据
信，这种感觉很不专业。一般电面结束后很快就可以决定onsite interview的名单，这
时候完全可以给其他没有入onsite面试的人发通知告知。真不知到他们怎么想的。我把
这个告诉我现在系里一个教授，他马上给我看他当初申请教职的情况（几年前了）。结
果有个学校online的申请系统里面他的状态还是in-review。太搞笑了。这帮HR不知道
干什么吃的，那个教授对我说你信不信我给他们打电话问进度，他们会说我还在
consider list上。
难道因为求职不像申请学校要付申请费就这么差的态度？电面后数月都不给消息，难道
