美国各种音乐里面，什么rap, hiphop, rock, 爵士，乱七八糟的玩也大部分就是一帮
史前动物用石头树干乱敲出来的噪音，缺少音乐里面最基本的元素：旋律。中国那些旋
律优美的歌曲比如《我的祖国》，《说句心里话》，《乌苏里船歌》，《谁不说俺家乡
好》，那旋律听了让人心旷神怡。
美国音乐唯一稍微能听听的就是country music. 可是大多数美国人对country music不
感兴趣，认为听那个是落后的象征。你说放着好好的优美旋律不听，喜欢听噪音，你们
给我说说这是咋回事？几十年了一直没有搞懂。 |

现在问题是

而宣传机器 又用朝廷政权state的概念混淆绑架country和nation
试图造成 爱中国土地 = 爱中国历史文化人民 = 爱中国政府 = 爱中共

Texas Hill Country 是位于德州中南部Austin和San Antonio附近的一块区域，由25个
county组成。这个地区的特点就是所谓的喀斯特地貌，又称岩溶地貌。雨水和地下水对
石灰岩长期的溶解侵蚀，形成了地表岩层千沟万壑的特征。在喀斯特地貌下往往存在
地下河、地下湖和溶洞等景象。Texas Hill Country更奇特的地方，在于喀斯特地貌下
还存在花岗岩的地质形成。
劳动节周末，带Dallas的摄影协会去了一次。因为是摄影为目的，各种漂游溶洞野生动
物园就跳过去了，直奔最艰苦的各景点。2天内顶着100度的高温，备着50磅的器材，跋
山涉水十数里，现在我是浑身酸痛，想死的感觉都有了。

最近这两天每天上下班的路上都在读何伟，也就是Peter Hessler的《Country Driving
》。本书的第一部分讲述他开车走长城的经历，可以说是他在《国家地理》上面的几篇
文章的扩充版。也许他当时走长城的时候就准备要自己出书，只是临时需要钱用，才给
《国家地理》发稿的？或者是他当初要借《国家地理》的名号，出门好办事？
第二部分，讲述他在北京郊外怀柔附近的一个叫做三岔的小村庄的经历。在二〇〇二年
前，在中国的私人汽车还没有普及，汽油也很便宜的时候，何伟为了躲避北京城市的喧
嚣，想在乡下租一个小屋，静下心来写书。开着一辆租来的桑塔纳，在乡下到处寻访，
特意找了一个人迹罕至，风景优美的长城脚下的一个小村庄，三岔，租了一间小房，隔
三岔五去那里写书，到长城脚下Hiking，顺便了解那里的乡土 |

music very enjoyable. From Wikipedia, the reception of country music is
rather mixed. The explanation is related to "racism thing" although I don't
really feel it. Besides that, I would suppose not many Chinese youngsters
like "Peking Opera" because it's old fashioned. The same case applies here
too. :)

我是一个不太擅长在网络上发表文章的人，可是这篇OLD COUNTRY BUFFET 的文章不
得不让我站出来说明一下真实的情况，为自己辩护一下。这个用写文章来恶意攻击他人的无耻之徒，实在太过偏见，无知。 说的不好听，脑袋就是被驴给踢残了。不明就里就一通骂，美国是讲
证据，讲法的国家，你这样诽谤他人，你觉得很兴奋吗。 你觉得有意思吗。希望未名空间的朋友给小弟一个薄面，看完以下的描述，一切都会明白的。谢谢！
今天我想就此无聊之人在未名空间里用一篇“今天在Old Country Buffet遇到一贱男
”来诋毁他人名誉的文章发表一下看法并且向各位未名空间的朋友解释一下当时的真实

来加州后，试着考虑加入country club来打golf, 比如moorpark cc (a public golf
course), 和Scrion (?) CC, Los Posas CC, and Spanish hills cc , 基本上都是被
羞辱而归。

from developing countries in the Pacific Rim. China is not considered a
