鱼水银含量超高），但由于三文鱼有另外一种金属可以counteract水银的毒性，所以问
题也许不太大。
建议大家用反向渗透法过滤水。超市里打的水一般就是反向渗透的纯净水，但是最好别
放太久或者晒着，因为即使普通的温度下，塑料瓶也会释放毒物的，能用玻璃瓶当然最
好，还可以锻炼身体，别贪便宜，最好在信得过的超市装，曾经在中国超市装的水打开
一股氯味，显然很久没换filter了。最好当然是自己家里装一个，我没有研究过哪个产
品好，但Costco有得卖。
当然因为这样得来的纯净水不但过滤重金属，也过滤掉了某些有益的矿物质，平常要注
意补充。比如多喝NonGMO的味增等。事实上用味增代替盐和味精来给汤加料，健康营养
方便又好吃！注意味增是不用煮的，直接伴进去就可以。要不然好的细菌和enzyme就全
没了
多喝有机茶，或大麦茶，少喝饮料，癌细胞最喜欢糖。
别吃太多花生，很多人鼻子不敏感，好多花生已经有异味了还照样吃，吃下去的都是黄曲
霉素，会得胃癌的。本人鼻子比较灵我在中国超市买的大部分是坏的，在美国超市买的一

大部分东西测毒性也都是测acute toxicity，能测长期毒性的实验不难，但是消耗的时
间和金钱在那里摆着，对实验动物的寿命也有要求，大批量的测不现实。
一般来说最应该避免的还是重金属，重金属造成的损伤都是不可逆的。没有什么
counteract的说法，最多是用一个更强的有机络合剂把重金属离子置换出来，但是对机
体的损害仍然是不可逆的，蛋白质变性之后就很难再变回来了，就好像鸡蛋煮熟了没法
再变生一样。
有机物毒性彼此之间差距很大，性质也很不一样，代谢速率，短期毒性，长期毒性，致
癌性等等，基本都是完全分离的parameter。短期毒性大但是代谢快的化合物很多（很
多小分子都是），而几乎没有细胞毒性但是有可能致癌的东西也不少（比如罗丹明等）
。不过一般来说有机物相对好一些，因为大部分都可以代谢出去，虽然速度不一样。比
如甲苯在体内被氧化成苯甲酸（参见常用食品添加剂苯甲酸钠）排出，等等。不过也有
一些代谢非常慢的宛如重金属一样的有机物比如某些二噁英类化合物。
