Went to another store to pick up my 2nd order. Almost identical story,
except that the floor manager went straight to store manager's office and
had me hanging there for over 20 minutes. Even the cashier told me that it's
a price mistake and they could not honor that. While waiting there, I was
like, "crap, can't pull it this time." But I still put on a straight and
serious face. Eventually, the floor manager showed up with a TV behind him.

Monday. The tracking info shows that it will be delivered today. However,
the buyer left me a negative feedback yesterday saying the delivery is too
slow.
I have never seen such an inpatient buyer before. I claimed two business day
handing time in the original listing. Even not considering the storm in
east coast, receiving an item in 4 business day is super fast for most
people.

process server to hand the complaint to the US attorney's office is very low,
