我从来没测过发球速度， 70~80s只是我的感觉，可能更慢也不一定。 和个朋友打，我
能回他一发的机率很低，基本来不几急，我问他发球大概多快，他说90多，100左右，
快的话105。我的发球明显比他的慢很多。
LZ 说“最快有90+。但是现在还是不能当作武器”， 我觉得初学时不该把一个stroke
当做自己的武器，越早摆脱这种思想越好 （cough* cough* thirtystand hope you
are reading this =P )。 我以前也是这种思想，现在还在suffer, 还在 unlearn 这
些坏习惯。要说赢球，其实是3个level:
level 1: win by consistent
-->如果LZ比赛时一发70%，一个比赛没有DF，这就是个weapon.
-->很多人藐视pusher, 觉得他们没有武器，其实consistency, tenacity, calm 就是

1.ALL bread with water for 2 weeks, no obvious improvement.
2.All apples and peaches with water for three weeks, some improvement, but
it change my odor to another one to make people around me cough and sneeze...

另外，不建议打kennel cough的疫苗。这个病的治病病毒很多，疫苗cover的种类很有

家。第一天晚上客人到，Abby就狂吠要冲上去，被我们扔进了笼子，叫了一会不叫了。
第二天晚上，叫了一会开始咳嗽，我老公守着她的笼子，她睡着了。第三天一大早客人
走了，Abby也病倒了，咳嗽，呕吐。。
老公说她是感冒了，我说她可能太stressed了。吃饭胃口不好，拉撒倒正常。晚上老公
说是不是kennel cough，我说不是８月份刚打过疫苗么？上网一查，症状和kennel
cough一模一样。网上说疫苗不能保证不得病，在highly stressful的条件下更容易得
。。。
正在想要不要去看医生，发现她咳的频率明显降低，大概是发现晚上客人并没出现，心
情放松了。今天上午就咳了一次。。
我们想上个private training的课，如何处理客人来访的情况。不知道会不会有用。。

is there in the 50s if not earlier.
I know chemical biologist cannot publish 70+ papers (cough nano cough) a
year but does not mean the field is small and unimportant. Let's see what
will happen to the hot chemistry field today in half a century.
I do hope chemical biologist can be more practical though...drugs give me
