CostShare可以计入CV的总Funding吗？比如一个项目外面机构给3万，学校costshare 1
wan, 那么CV里面写这个项目Fund总额(Total award)4万可以吗？学校里面这个
funding的正式文件一般只写外面机构给的钱数（3万）。谢谢。 |

去NSF卖白菜，是50%的实力+50%的忽悠。
去DOE/DOD卖白菜，是20%的实力+50%的关系+30%的忽悠,外加20%的折扣（costshare）。
Not just selling ideas to all kinds of funding Agents. In class, we sell
knowledge to students, and at conferences we sell our results to peers.
