beginning inventory to reach the cost-to-retail ratio. Then, out of a sudden
, it start to use only beginning inventory to calculate the ratio. Why? Also
, could anybody explain what is that cost complement? Didn't find any

PERIOD COST都直接INCOME STATEMENT里算EXPENSE了。
ADMIN肯定是EXPENSE了。
R&D要看情况了，不过公司刚开始的话，估计也EXPENSE了。
工厂的DEPRECIATION,INSURANCE, UTILITY, MAINTENANCE都是PRODUCT COST。 |

I'm just wondering why this installation cost is so high. What component
makes it so expensive? Electrical connections like wiring and soldering?
Human labor? If that is the case, the installation cost in China should be
significantly lower than in US or Europe, but sadly the electricity in China
is also much cheaper.

年给我的case做砸了，所以我不是很信任她。她给你的利率到底锁好了没有？有可能是
没有及时锁住但是又答应了你们，再锁的时候就squeeze了她的利润，这个利率拿不到
多少rebate没办法cover all closing cost所以只能打在loan amount里。但是4000多
的cost还是有点高，我上次7月做的时候，扣掉我自己应该付的第一个月的mortgage,预
付的escrow account里的，其余费用七七八八加起来就只有3000左右，这还是最近涨了
些，以前都是2000出头就可以了。 |

True Invoice，dealer的成本价了。看了精华区和Truecar上的介绍，都说好像税前价能比
dealer成本价高一点拿到已经是很好的deal了。
可是实际情况是，Truecar自己列的local dealer Best Price和我email来的dealer报价，税前比Dealer Cost低的很普遍，而且还是没有经过任何讨价还价的，这个怎么回事？ |

次日早晨，发现点着火后，声音最后伴随很刺耳的噪音，直接开去家附近的AUTOZONE和
ADVANCED PARTS，店小二听完，一致表示STARTER是坏的，没有KICK BACK。
看来第一次买的新STARTER就是个坏的，还害我交了LABOR钱让人家安装；给卖家
AUTOZONE打电话，给送到AUTOSHOP一个新的，这次一切正常了。可又得叫一次LABOR
COSTS。。。
我在和AUTOZONE要求报销我第一次的LABOR COSTS。。。小二说MANAGER不在，扯皮。。。
有没有类似斗争经验？？？ |
