一. 你说生命的第一需要不是生存，而是繁衍。对此我不敢苟同。大刘讲的“生存”，
应该并不是指的生物个体的短期不灭亡这样的生存，而是作为一个物种能够延续、继续
存在和进化的意思。如果“不死”是生物进化的目标的话，那地球上生物多少亿年的进
化，站在顶端的动物是不是就是乌龟鲤鱼了呢？所以，这个“生存”，本身应该就有“
保存自己并繁衍后代”的意义。两者是合二为一，不互相冲突的。如果你一定要把这两
点割裂开的话，存在也是繁衍的前提啊。肚子没吃饱，谁有心思去。。。“爱”呢？我
认为大刘的一号公理是没有问题的。有了这个公理，所有的生物才都热衷于抢钱抢粮抢
地盘，打个不亦乐乎的同时让自然来进行残酷却又公正的选择。还是用自然界打个比方
，狮子遇到羚羊的时候，狮子毫不犹豫的选择是吃掉羚羊给自己喂饱肚子，就算不饿也
不会想把羚羊强奸了，让自己的基因传播到羚羊身上去。毕竟，狮子的终极目标是让自

古老的东方神秘思想（佛，道，禅）之间的parallels的关系。parallel这个词原意是
平行的并联的，我觉得作者想暗示说这两者间有着神秘的吻合。
第一章主要介绍现代物理学，第二章介绍东方的一些思想（佛道禅，还提到印度教和儒
家）。第三章是关键部分，作者谈双方的parallels。

时代书籍。包括一的法则，与神对话，新形而上学，当下的力量，Theodore之书—地外
生命体远景。太多了，列不完。
同时，在各新时代相关论坛潜水。
一天，某论坛有人问，他看到天空旋转飞舞的亮点是什么？试了试，也能看到。真实，
非物质实体，密密麻麻，但没有远近空间感。似乎不是用肉眼而是第三眼看到。那一刻
我对自己说，你的人生再也和从前不同了。
我也想知道亮点是什么，各处询问，有人说是灵魂，有人说是能量，有人说是性光。后
来发现至少三本书籍里提到这种光点。其中一本暗示这是灵魂在高纬度的存在状态，是
我们每个人的本来面目。当然，这是几年以后找到的答案。
2012年的一天，我又在某群发问，吸引了一个人的注意。他说，那是意识频率提高的结
果。他让我在网上测试脉轮的活跃状况，并建议实修，还给了一位得道的实修人博客链
接。
他说，你现在需要做的是扩展意识。
我不以为然地问，扩展意识为哪般？
他说，体验与本源合一呀。
