没有1042S, W-2上的钱也是没有扣除5000的. 这种情况在IL那5000的州税是不是能要回
来呢?
四月份联邦报税1040NR是用CINTAX生成的, 在 line 8. Wages, salaries, tips, etc.
Attach Form(s) W-2 这一项自动填的是扣除5000以后的数字.
报州税时IL-1040NR上line 1: Federal adjusted gross income 我填的是没有扣除
5000的数字(和W-2一致, 但联邦1040NR上CINTAX自动生成的是扣除5000以后的), 在
line 12: Net income和Schedule NR上我填的又是扣除5000的那个数字, 于是有了这个
correction notice把net income又改成W-2上的数字了...
这种情况应该怎么去argue呢? 还是这一百多刀就这样算了?
收到州DoR的correction notice在将来会不会有啥不良后果?

我之前按照别人的表填的0（我那哥们的税都正常return了），notice上给correct了成
W2上的收入。最后列出我还差州政府50刀的税。。。。
我现在觉得估计是我的IL1040填的有问题。现在说说我的疑问：
IL1040上的第一项：列出的3个form：1040，1040A, 1040EZ没有列出1040NR。这种情况
下是不是AGI就直接用W2 上的值呢？

学校重新给我了一张corrected w2表
把fellowship从wage里边扣除了
所以现在corrected之后的box1里只有4k
但box2的federal tax却是包含了fellowship交的税
约3700刀
cintax软件说box1和box2不成比例，不能这么填
那我应该怎么file我的1040nr呢？

receipt后会file 一个correction letter.
同时，我也给USCIS打电话了，他们也说file notification of letter 就可以了。

。这其中原因比较复杂，大致有三
1）苏联的压力：社会主义集团在60/70年代势头很猛，西方国家必须在政治上有所建树
。最起码的，经常被社会主义集团抨击的东西必须要有所改正，政治正确就被提上议程
2）二战的影响：纳粹德国的种族屠杀在二战后被彻底批判。因为批判这个，就不得不
顺带批判其他歧视政策
3）被压迫人民的反抗。这个就不必说了。但是必须注意一个关键不同，比如说在美国
，黑人以前被压迫的时候，无论因为什么原因，并没有如今这么高的犯罪率。而且以前
的犯罪相对如今更少涉及“围观“群众
4）经济/教育的因素。这个就不多说了。
如今1，2，3都发生了变化。因此，政治正确这杆大旗还能抗多久？ |
