Finding: preliminary scout view of the pevis was normal. A filling defect is
demonstrated in the right uterine cornua approximately 5 mm in the diameter
. There is an extrinsic deformity at the level of the left uterine cornua.
there is prompt opacification of the interstitial isthemic and ampullary
segments of the right fallopian tube. Intravasation of contrast into the
myometrium is also demonstrate at the time of ampullary filling of contrast.

impressions基本就是说：
1 在右边的uterine cornua有可能有个息肉或者伤疤。这有可能是引起子宫部风变形的
原因。
2 右边fallopian tube是通的，但有可能有部分堵住。
3 左边fallopian tube是通的。
这些结果都是要结合具体病例来判断的。具体的解释要问你的OB |
