我有一间两人间的房子 在1140 commonwealth Avenue. 距离绿线Harvard站和地铁绿线
B线Packards Corner站有2-3分钟走路，距离boston大学体育馆公交站步行十分钟。
周围超市，吃饭，理发，基础购物都在10分钟内步行。
一室一厅一卫一厨房 出租卧室，房租750每月，采光很好有3个窗户，4楼。
房屋包暖气和热水，而且不用出broker fee。

1。两室一厅的房间出租客厅。起租9月1日（2013）。希望最好是爱干净的女生。
2。虽然是客厅，但布局非常好，而且有bay window, 冬天赏雪景。相当于自己拥有一
个studio, 我和另外一个女生平时基本在自己房间里或者学校学习。
2。紧邻绿线，走到packards corner站一分钟。因为考虑冬天较冷，我们才选了这个方
便又舒服到地铁站 (B-line)近的apartment.
3。 88超市和shaw's supermarket 就在旁边，走路两分钟。
4。 $550 不包括utilities＋网络。 算下来一个月应该平均50刀左右。可以google一
个这个地段，价格相当划算。
