我来家版只有一个多月，已经看到了三四个帖子，有人帖出自己想买的房子的地图，后
面有几个人跟帖，齐声称赞好风水，玉带缠腰。我仔细看了一下，很可惜没有一个是的。
先说说什么叫玉带缠腰，然后讲讲为什么玉带缠腰是好风水，最后顺便说说另一种家版
常见的格局 - corner lot。
玉带缠腰，显而易见有三个元素：主语 - 玉带，动词 - 缠，宾语 - 腰。先说“玉带
”。前面提到，风水研究的是“气”的流动和它对人的影响。气是个抽象的概念，把它
形象化具体化，最常见的两种“气”，就是“风”和“水”。所谓的玉带，指的就是水
，或者说河流。古代的城市，往往依水而建。住宅也讲究背山面水。河流不但可以作为

面对green belt的明显感觉私密性要好。corner lot的时前院大，后院小，并且三面是

发帖数: 2071 | 13 这种看法比较extreme了。通常corner lot是加分的。cul-de-sac的corner lot一般比
邻居们院子大，因为lot是扇形的，后院大。而且如果在两条街的终点，就很少有车会
开过来，有小孩子的家也会喜欢，让小孩子在前院玩就放心些。
如果是cul-de-sac, 经常会被写在listing description里面，附加quite什么的，作为
卖点。
除了所谓反弓的风水，我不知道corner lot有什么不好。风水这种玄乎的东西，信不信
由你吧。美国买家会考虑风水的是极少数。再说，前小后大的地，又是好风水呢。看你
信哪个。呵呵。
当然如果这个corner的外面是路，临街有吵的问题，这是很显然的问题。 |

比如两侧的扫雪，比一般的房子多至少一倍的劳力。另外如果你的 front year,

，靠近银线地铁步行10min。非常大有845ft,一室一厅，现代化装修，独立餐厅，独立
厨房不会受油烟干扰，屋里有自己的洗衣干衣机，带阳台，衣帽间，一栋楼只有9户人
，非常安静，楼里也带付费洗衣干衣机。小区里有safeway，步行5min。物业随叫随到
非常效率。附近地点tysons corner和tysons gallaria两个shopping center，附近城
区fairfax，vienna，arlington
来这边一年多了，这里是周围能找到的最好的小区，目前需要和朋友住所以想把房子转
租出去。
合同截止到09/2014， 我签的合同价格只需1490，价格可以商量。目前官方报价合同都
