我以为是要公证或者notarized，就问了公司的小米（她平常可以帮人做notary),但是
她说这个公证只是做给你本人自己签字过的文件copy的，对于这个没有我自己签字的文
件复印件，她不知道能否做。
想问下近期回国签过H1B的人，你们都按照网上说的带了那个certified copy of I-129
吗？还是说这个只是普通的复印件就行了？ |

such as xp, vista or 7.
The question is how to copy a file or subfolder from some floder and paste
into
other folder without changing the date of the file and subfolder?
for example, if the original file is modified 2012-March-6 12:00pm.
After copy and paste, the new file should still show date modified as
2012-March-6 12:00pm.

我十多年前出国的时候办的出生公证，当时只办了两份。
自己申请绿卡是交上去一份。剩下的一份给父母申请过签证，又拿回来了。
接下来打算给父母申请移民（I-130），如果把这唯一的出生公证交上去自己以后就没
有了。不知道可不可以copy一份拿到mailbox去notarize,然后交notarized copy去申请
移民.
有知道的请回复，不胜感激。 |

接受，甚至问了我们好几遍又没有以前的疫苗记录。我出国前检疫过，但是小本本来美
国太多年了找不到了。最后她说我必须什么都打，总共作了TB-test,TD,MMR,Hepatitis
B,Varicella(Chicken pox)，我的TB Test做完手臂一块红，结果拿去给护士看，以为
肯定要做X-ray无疑了，结果她摸了半天：说了几句：it is very flat。混过关了。。
我老婆有过Chicken pox和学校里面做过TB Test，免掉了两针。在后就是去了一个叫做
Clinical Pathology Lab的地方验血。过两天验血报告来了之后医生就把表填完直接封
口给我了。我看都没看到一眼，看板上兄弟很多人反映过医生填错东西过。我找她要
copy，她简直说Docter XX never gave copy。 我还有一个担心是怕去local USCIS
office面试要这个copy，我想这个体检主要是验血和TB Test，找她要验血报告，她说
：they are all unreactive |

一般公司都是不给的,甚至听说有mgt都批准了，HR还是死卡着不给，说公司就是这个政策
而且你很有可能在离开公司前就需要这个copy
譬如H1B transfer加延期
有了这个才能放放心心延过6年
我就是开始没有这个东西差点被搞死
我是这么找到的：
你H1用了3年后公司肯定给你file过一次延期
如果你的140再那之前批了
The chance is 你的140copy很有可能附在你那一次h1延期的129申请资料里面
我发现我们公司把那次的129申请材料都发给我了，而在材料的附件中，就有这么一个1
40 approval copy, 不仔细看根本找不到
所以平时注意保存资料，说不定什么时候就有用
如果你实在找不到也没法向公司要
还有一条路：
你可以file FOIA request to USCIS for a copy of I140
google FOIA，很多回复
应该可行；但是一般要3-4个月，所以自己准备提前量 |

I-797未受到或者遗失咋办？
如果你从USCIS website 得知你的J waiver case已经批准30天，未收到I-797,马上到
USCIS local office 去Infopass, 要求USCIS马上重新寄一份copy.
如果过了一定时间没有找USCIS 查询，只能file I-824, 并且支付$405.00, 要求USCIS
重新寄一份copy,这种情况属于本人丢失。

，我觉得他们根本就是好混乱，大家如果还没收到不要等再晚了，信上这样说的”We
have recived your request for an expedited review of your case...On February
26, 2015, we mailed you a Request for Evidence to address we had on file at
that time. As a courtesy, we will re-mail the Request for Evidence. Please
follow 30 days for delivery. ....." 所以大家赶快动手，他们没寄也不会承认没

uscis需要140的receipt number和你的A number来处理你的485. 797C上全有，为什么
不能用呢？

1. FOIA申请了后不一定保证能收到 即使可以成功收到 可能也要耗时若干个月 所
以不适合紧急需要的情况 最好提前准备 预留几个月的时间
2. 好像申请了FOIA 公司会被询问 也就是公司里会知道你提出过这个request
3. 最好能找一些别的理由 比如需要买房贷款，租房签lease，回国办签证 等等之类的
需要这个copy作为supporting documents 从lawyer或者公司hr那里拿到
另外顺便确认一个问题：
relink PD时是否一定需要旧140的approval notice copy？我见不少经验贴提醒一定要想
办法从公司那里拿到这个 而多数公司的默认policy是不会给你的 然后就要想各种办法
去拿到 我的理解是USCIS需要一个reference（比如case number）来找到你之前的申请
记录 难道通过其他途径（比如姓名,ssn之类）就查找不到 必须需要这个copy么？ |

Win7津津乐道终于可以在netbook上用了，结果ipad出来把netbook打没了，Win8只能赶
鸭子上架支持ARM做tablet了。

wired端口我估计是100M，可能不是1000M
我在windows homegroup的两台机器之间copy一个2G左右的文件。
从笔记本copy到台式机。台式机是wired连接。
我用wired连笔记本，copy速度平均是4MByte/s.
用wireless连笔记本，速度是2.5MByte/s.
网线再差也不应该是这个速度吧？
无线网也慢啊。
有什么办法调整？
是不是windows homegroup不给力啊？ |

generally, if you don't like the generic Object.clone(), why not
override it? You can provide your own way of "copy" in this way. |

if copy is indeed needed, clone() is the official way. it at least
has the advantage of polymophism, so that

式和图片等。在linux下，没有ms的mht格式，我试了copy网页到openoffice writer，
结果图片不会自动copy进去，格式也很乱。有没有其他方法阿？谢谢！ |
