Ingredients
* 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup butter
* 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 egg
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
Tips
Increase the vanilla to 1 tsp. Add 2 cups crushed corn flake cereal Add 1/2
cup of toasted & cooled coconut.
cool your cookie dough in the fridge for 10-20 mins before baking
roll dough into balls, then bake.

最近在看holiday cookie的方子，即使自己做肯定也是大量的黄油和糖，去年做的时候

上次来版上问过能不能用cookie cutter 做馒头，大家都持怀疑态度，我也就作罢了。
今天做馒头的时候两个娃在边上吵得慌，我就扔给他们一人一小块面团，教他们用擀面
杖压平，然后用cookie cutter切出形状来。
纯粹是做游戏，我也没抱什么希望，结果出锅冷却之后形状还保持得不错，两娃每人吃
了三个馒头！！平时能吃完一个就不错了。当然这样的馒头扁扁的，从量上来说可能也
有短斤缺两之嫌。
大家看着玩吧。馒头的方子是按小觅的牛奶馒头山寨的。 |

关于幸运饼干（Fortune Cookies）的碎碎念
在国外生活过的华人大概没有不知道幸运饼干的。不论是以果腹为目的的中式洋快餐“
熊猫速食（Panda Express）”还是躲在洛杉矶某个角落却货真价实能安慰老饕们的中
国胃的中国小馆，餐后都少不了附送食客一盘幸运饼干。
我一直认为中餐馆用幸运饼干作饭后甜点的有敷衍顾客之嫌。想想看，这么一块千篇一
律的半圆形的饼干，烤得硬邦邦的，掰开来满桌饼干渣滓。入口一点点甜，淡得几乎琢
磨不出来的鸡蛋香，根本和想象中甘甜润滑的巧克力慕丝之类的甜点不是一回事。

发帖数: 3480 | 24 很基本款的一个cookie recipe，各个ingredient的比例可以自己调节。这是我今天用
的list，做了三十多只小cookie。理论上10min就可以弄出可以吃的cookie乐。
1/2 cup sugar（白糖红糖都可以）
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa powder
把这三样先放到不沾锅里，小火搅到无颗粒均匀的液体。
在上述液体中放入1cup peanut butter。
继续小火搅到均匀的液体状。
准备3 cup 的quick oat（因为是免烤，所以quick oat是关键，超市里会表明的）和
2cup的shredded coconut（我选择是sweeteened的），在干燥容器中搅拌均匀。
把拌匀的oat和coconut倒进盛有糖，油，cocoa power混合液的锅里，可以继续开小火
。尽量把这锅东西拌匀。然后关火，离火。把这团糊糊捏成任意形状（要是烫手就等一
等），放在烤盘上晾凉。等不及晾凉的话立刻就可以吃了。尤其是热的时候，巧克力味
和peanut butter味都特别浓郁。 |

client side? Also print out all the cookies in the request, sometimes it's
just a typo in the name string...
On a side note, you might want to think twice before storing the database name

未登陆版面发帖时提供账号密码，发帖成功，但这时的utmpuserid显示的是guest,如果
从登陆版面登陆后再发帖，这时的utmpuserid显示的是dsb.
自己看cookie的图。更具体的说，不通过首页登陆的话，你们的php code没有更新
utmpuserid。所以通过网页提供可以发帖，但utmpuserid没有把guest更新成userid,后
续不能发帖。也就是说，通过网页登陆发帖过程可以不需要cookie验证。但因为没
update cookie,不能进行后续发帖。
叫你们的烙印师傅再看看php code，了解现代浏览器的权限设置吧
