以政党治国这玩艺是西方的玩意吧
中国完全没必要有政党嘛
再说共产党哪有共产的痕迹呢
中国完全可以不要政党
基础搞老百姓推选
上层领导可以延续几千年中国官员的依政绩提拔升迁制
其实现在中国政府坏就坏在基础官员的腐败
上层领导的政策还是很对的
尾大不掉这也是中国几千年来的难题
所以中国基层最缺少民主
而不是国家领导层面
所以中国可以学习西方用老百姓监控官员
上层延续中国制度

要具体看你原来公司的401K有多少balance，里面roth和pre-tax的比例有多少？你是否
有traditional IRA，和是否你现在income足够高而需要做back-door roth IRA conver
sion等等？
合并省管理费用这个理解不对，还是主要看新旧401K里面具体fund的ER是多少？IRA大部
分人都是在Vanguard和Fidelity两家里面选~我自己是两家都有~ |
