有赌场 1 个小时左右就能到，真的笑也笑死了。
就是来回 5 个小时，无数赌巴都每天爆满，大批的大伯大妈们坚持每天往返，为的就
是赌场发的泥码可以换得 15-20 快的利润，一个月上班 30 天换取 600 元的生活费。
比比人家，你们真是生活在蜜糖里啊。
以扑克维生的话，理论上是做的到的，实际执行，最需要还是纪律性，很严格的 bank
roll management。我自量现在还做不到，可能永远也做不到，所以只能在打牌为消遣
的层次。这个月打了 3 天 2/5，前两次利润 > 3k, 最后一次输了超过一半回去。靠扑
克维生我就只能顿顿吃酱菜了，实际上，每个月的盈利最多也就抵伙食费而已。

right?现在我做的IP用的是cell signaling rabbit antibody (polyclonal),
negative control用的是santa cruz的 normal rabbit IgG, 这个有很多的reference
paper引用,看文章上都很干净。但是，我做的结果就是IgG control总有protein of
interest,量和IP的一样多， 这个蛋白是用mouse Ab检测的，MW是90，所以不可能是重
链。奇怪的是，当我检测IP的那个protein (cell signaling),根据说明要4度过夜，结
果发现上次检测的IgG control的目的蛋白量减少了，但不是完全没有，因为我这两个
蛋白都是用ECL检测的，就是说上次检测蛋白的信号还在。但是我又用anti-mouse的二
抗做ECL，IgG control和IP的量又是一样。
这是怎么回事？

lower control arm bushing是Volvo的通病，但因为换bushing的人工已经超过了更换
整个control arm的价格，所以一般是要直接换一对control arm，而且切记只能换
Volvo Genuine或者OEM的part，这车挑part
Inner and Outer Tie rod 也是这车经常出问题的地方，如果能换一起换了可以省掉一
些麻烦
只换一对control arm的人工大约2.5-3 hrs，一对Volvo brand control arm大约要$

查是7月15号弄的，当时pest control的人查了，说没有虫……我们在这里住了一年半
了，如果是我们自己带的，怎么前面都没人被咬过，而且pest control的人在7月15号
查了，说了没有啊……
后来pest control的人走了以后的第二天我妈就被咬了一身包，我后来也被咬了，我们
都以为是蚊子咬……这是昨晚我睡晚了，偶然发现bedbug的，仔细对过网上照片确实是。
lease office的人听我们现在这样问，会不会怀疑我们现在有了啊？你这么一说，我想
起来，我们这个单元2楼有一家人刚刚搬走，我们住3楼……
我来美国快10年了，从来也没碰到过类似的事情，人说pest control，我还以为象以前
的州一样是杀蟑螂的呢。
现在这时间上太巧合，就是pest control的人查了后才有的，pest control的人当天查
了，是没有的，第二天我妈就被咬了，我是昨天才发现bed bug的，肯定不是我们带过

发帖数: 6055 | 48 我看过很多书/文章知道angular的controller应该是slim的，甚至不应该有business
logic。
但个人感觉来说，我用controller直接http.get, 直接在controller里用underscore.
js来sort/group/filter我的$scope数据, 感觉写起来流畅很多。大大降低了angular的
learning curve。 我始终不明白同样一个getusers(), 放controller里我只需要写一
遍，放service里我还得在controller里reference，何必呢？
如果好几个controller分享一个service我可以理解。 但最少个人小项目里，基本上
是一个界面一个api。 |

才能实现稳定的控制,实际的系统都必然有一个延时,switching也只有一定的速度,结果
必然导致系统在稳定位置两头不停摆动,这也是很形象的.
也就是说,对于一个实际的系统,我们需要采用一个比较复杂的u的control law,然后一
个比较常用的control law看上去的形式也就是u=f(x)+g(x_dot)+h(s(x,x_dot)),这样
的control law可以证明是能逼近和稳定的,但是仔细一看这不就是一个类似pid的(x,x_
dot,x_int)的三大块吗?当然最后的integral部分形式很不一样,这也体现了smc在稳态
的动作和pid差别最大.
我的问题就是,除了这种类似pid的control law,还有没有别的在实际系统中常用的不同
形式的control law?有没有谁根据系统的特性凭空想一个control law,然后又能证明该
law是能逼近和稳定的? |
