Option pending：根据合同的条款，buyer有选择离开的权利。
Option pending continue to show: 根据合同的条款，buyer有选择离开的权利。同时
seller和buyer同意允许其他人来看房子。
Pending:没有option，或option period 已经过了，也不让其他人来看了。
如果是买房，这个房子不用去看了，自己可以琢磨一下这个房子有什么卖点。 |

getting cheaper, they should only be considered if you want to also shoot
video in a studio setting.
SB800 is a good flash to carry around. But its pretty much useless in a

My machine crashed and then I started it again.
But I can't continue transferring(downloading0 the files that were
being transferred right before the crash.
Everytime I click on "resume", I get the messages:
ERROR:> Can't initiate data transfer
STATUS:> Trashed response received
since I opened 3 cuteFtps to different site before the crash, and most of
them finished 60-70% jobs(which are 500-600M), I don't want to do it again
if possible.
ANy suggestions?
