别人都能用，为什么你不能用？
注意不是 continent on the in house lender approval ,而是必须和他们 in house
lender 做贷款
结果我在做贷款的时候，我没有其他选择，in house lender charge 了我一堆费用，
包括 point s.
而他奇葩的是，主动提出我不要incentive, 就是用 in house lender, builder pay
2000 dollars closing cost .
而更奇葩的是，当初我新手买房不知道，竟然没有提出异议。当我质问他的时候，对一

说事没必要。 Apple至少与20多家公司打过官司；原告和被告都有的。 我最大的
Concern 是Apple以其巨大的财力，通过官司手段，在手机领域里消灭竞争和垄断市场
。通过封闭系统，在市场上绑架用户，不断地高利润的炸干用户的钱包。 HTC 官司后
几乎再也没有能力和APPLE 竞争。Nokia和Rimm 几乎已经垮台。唯有开源的 Android
阵营。 开源与封闭的斗争在我看来如同公益与自私，正义与邪恶的斗争。开源则是鼓
励中小企业，弱者参与竞争；封闭的 Apple 是把同行业的公司都挤垮，独食而肥；
Apple 手段是到处Claim 专利，到处打官司。因此对专利的lang用，对消灭竞争的判决
要非常小心。既然对专利的合理性有质疑，那么专利的费用上就该打折扣，如果Apple
对每台手机，平板收3，4美元而赢了官司，那我很认同；如果让Apple 以有争议的专利

我最喜欢的十部（英文）旅行记
首先说明一下我为什么说“旅行记”而不是“游记”。“旅行”，在我看来就应该是
voyage，或者至少是travel，也就是说从某个地方旅行到另一个地方，然后记下沿途的
自然风光、人文历史和自己内心的感受。今天“游记”似乎都已经滥大街了，其中良莠
难辨，不乏蜻蜓点水之作。而我所列举的这些都是长途的旅行——或驾车、或坐船，甚
至还有徒步，行程都在一千公里以上（有的还是环球旅行，远远超过这个数字），都是
我个人百读不厌的佳作。
由于我身居北美，这些书中的大多数记述的是在北美的旅行（但也有两本环球旅行的）
，但我的初衷仅是列举我之所好，并不在乎有失偏颇。有几本书还有一两本类似的、或
由其衍生出来的书籍，我就将它们列为bonus。

且建议肖氏手术只保留为研究手段。
更重要的是，问题并不在肖传国的学术研究成果：他本人应该说是有相当的才华。他的
问题是把一个试验阶段的手术拿到中国大规模收钱推广。在中国，这是医德问题。在美

前半句话“To store a collection of values in sorted order”是说要把数据
sorted地存到某个数据结构中去；后半句“where you expect the collection to be
continuously modified”说以后要对这个数据结构中的数据continously modify。
insert的时候，Binary search tree比linked list快是显然的，但是continous
access的时候，显然linked list要比BST要快。如果是insert是一次性的，而以后
modification是大量的话，应该选择linked list。
不过，题目模糊的地方是，没有说清楚所谓的modify collection是modify什么，
modify的东西是不是要re-sort？
不知道你做的是什么题，从你贴出来的另外两道题看，这套题的质量不高。。。 |
