后取消，我的律师要求一直到close，原因是现在贷款困难，即便拿到commitment
letter也有可能（当然很小）银行会withdraw贷款。

同一个小区最近卖出两个房子，我们也都下offer了，但是没有抢到。一个14.8K， 另
一个15.2K。估价应该在这个之间，因为房子大小结构一摸一样。如果估价低个1，2K，
我们也能接受，如果只估到14.8，觉得有点亏。
三个房子的情况：
14.8K的房子 2005年，建筑面积1708，lot size 3850；
15.2K（已卖出的那个） 2006年，建筑面积1708，lot size 3920；厨房upgrate了。
15.2K（我们要买的这个）2005年， 建筑面积1708，lot size 4700.
想问问大家的建议，我们该不该接受这个条款？根据这三个房子的情况，这个房子能不
能估到150K? 多谢！ |

seller让你现在waive主要是怕你到时候又用那个来讲价。 |
