->default account设置为exchange，但是在contacts里面我打开单个人，firstname和
last name全反了。因为我希望可以iphone和网络同步修改，这样混乱是在是头疼。

lastname就不会乱了。不用管Contacts->Groups下面其他的目录。
然后连接iTunes，同步，可能会弹出一个什么对话框，同意，搞定。

1) 最近常用的 (自然和移动设备同步)
2) 偶尔email联系的， 没有必要和手机同步，但是可以online同步
3) 基本不联系，move到archive

3) 可以在Outlook Archive Folder add new folder with content being contacts,

May we contact your present employer? Are they aware of this application?
请问这可以写No吗？在HR看来是不是不太好呢？
我的present employer是phd老板。他放我毕业了，答辩定在五月底。但是由于以前种
种事情，我已经对他失去了80%的信任。
我会请committee和本实验室的scientist来当我的reference，他们都是德高望重的老
头，几年来对我印象一直都很好。所以老板不会是我的reference。在这样的情况下，
我很犹豫是否可以拒绝公司联系现老板？
