朋友的热情回复和帮助还有ld的理解和关心。过来update一下经验和经过，回馈一下本
版！
特别感谢wegreen的律师团队在rfe的帮助和细心准备。
薄后去年刚开始做，所以一直很忙很拖沓。大家也明白生物postdoc就是这样的悲催。
。。一月和律师签好的合同，到8月底才递交了case。前期准备也是一直依赖律师催。
rfe下来的时候正在准备paper，拖了一个多月没去想怎么rfe回复的事。。。非常汗颜
。。还是wegreen的律师发信过来催的。。自己英文写作一直很烂，所以还是幸亏有律
师的帮助。最后踩着点在最后rfe 的 deadline之前送到了tsc，一身冷汗。。

you have time to find them.
建议提前一年就开始联系PRECEPTOR，有的NP学生甚至说自己是找好了所有的PRECEPTOR
才注册NP PROGRAM,交学费，当然你不用那么AGGRESSIVE,但是提前一年就联系
PRECEPTOR是有必要的。有的PRECEPTOR临时换工作，或者需要请假做手术，度假，或者
出去做medical mission，PRECEPTOR也是一大堆破事。还有的PRECEPTOR在你开始前的
一个星期突然告诉学校，他不能PRECEPT学生了，由于种种原因。有的NP学生就只能等
一个学期，浪费一个学期的时间。
学校说是会帮你找PRECEPTOR，但是实际上要求你自己先找，要求提前三五个月就找到
PRECEPTOR.我去过本州的NP 协会的DINNER，认识人，问那些刚刚毕业的NP在那儿做的

有一个Petabyte-scale的云计算资源，可以用来储存数据以及进行科学计算，
有点类似AWS，现在有许多NIH以及NASA等也在使用。这个资源现在对非营利
科研用途是免费的, 上面还有一些pipeline，比如基因组分析一类的。不管
是有大的project或者自己用来玩玩都可以，3/12号有一个demo的seminar
教如何注册和使用。有兴趣的可以快去报名注册。

美官方称特拉华州没大西洋银行
美国特拉华州政府的回函上称，“根据特拉华州州务卿办公室公司处以及特拉华州州立银行管理处获得的信息来看，这家公司在注册地特拉华州没有获得从事金融业务的批准，以前也没有。任何与美国新汇丰联邦财团有业务往来的个人和机构应该意识到，这家机构没有资格在特拉华州从事银行业务。特拉华州政府没有许可美国新汇丰联邦财团以银行的形式存在，因此其不能非法从事银行相关业务。”
特拉华州州务卿办公室公司处的主要职责是管理公司注册，而特拉华州州立银行管理处则是批准州立银行成立。
信上甚至补充了提示：“如果你获知，该机构从事了诈骗行为以及非法银行业务，就应该告知当地的执法部门和监管机构。如果在调查时需要协助，我们可以联系美国司法部的执法机构。”

多是和当地政府合资成立一个公司，土鳖出的价格比西方公司高，当地政府和中国合作
收益远高于直接发牌给西方公司，非洲国家的政府当然愿意和土鳖合作啦。利比亚如果

这两天新闻报道里提到IBM或出售其半导体业务，不知道大家有谁注意到了这些报道里
提到的潜在买家中，有一家叫global foundries最有可能中标。大家如果开车路过237
和great america parkway，会注意到那里在建一片新的玻璃幕墙的大楼，差不多快建
好了。其中有一座上面巨大的logo，就是global foundries。他们原来的办公楼在237
上880的地方。实际上，就在几天前，我在多个贴里连续提到过这家公司，因为其最近
新请了一个ceo，就是之前摩托罗拉移动部门卖给google时的ceo。一个确实算是精英的
老印，在高通从一个底层工程师迅速做到vp级的高管，后来被聘为摩托罗拉移动公司的
ceo，再后来把moto卖给了谷歌。
