How about this question ?

middle point"(root).
before the middle point:
for any consective a1,a2,a3 (a1 is the root for previous), you can create
a2
a1 a3
then for the next a4, a5, you can have
a4
a2 a5
until you reach the middle point.
After the middle point, you don't use the "root" for the previous tree, but
the "right child".
say you have:
b1
b2 b3
then for b4, b5, you use b3 as the root to create:
b3
b4 b5

two mini Buy-in; the other up 1 mini Buy-in+) and went to try RUSH 25.
Surprisingly RUSH 25 is extremely soft. I play around 100 hand/session(two
tables together). Won one mini-buyin/100 hand in the first 5 consective
sessions (hands are kinds of dry actually, just too many fishes). It is around/aft mid-night. Majority players are from EU/Aus. Lots of fishes.
However, I down two mini-buyin in last 2 additional sessions. |

language.
If C/C++, or maybe any languages where array must be in a consective memory
space, as you said linked list will be faster on "+" operation. but random
access will be slow. I will vote for linked list if you must choose from two.
Or you can think from a different direction, like java, create a string
constant pool, and make string objects immutable. |
