一、美国对外发动战争的特点
美国自独立建国以来，除在北美大陆发动的对印第安人一百多次战争外，发动的对
外战争及军事行动，到2001年就达到130次[1]，包括两次侵略中国的战争，一次是参加
八国联军侵华，一次是带领联合国军攻入朝鲜时轰炸中国东北，准备攻入中国，遭志愿
军击败(这里不计旧中国时代美军在中国境内开枪开炮，如1927年炮击南京伤亡2000多

资料来源：志愿军方面的来自《抗美援朝战争史》，德军的资料来自战争史研究的德国
山地步兵师文章。
之所以想和二战德国的山地步兵师比较，主要是其作战环境和朝鲜的环境相似，装备主
要是步兵武器和轻便的火炮，车辆较少，但却是德国最精锐的步兵部队，便于和1950年
首批入朝的志愿军比较。
士兵：手榴弹3枚， 步枪和冲锋枪1枝（步枪估计就是两种，一种是三八大盖，一种是
其七九式步枪， 冲锋枪估计是美式汤姆森、黄油枪）。 而德军的单兵装备是毛瑟98 K
步枪和MP40冲锋枪（还有一些捷克造的仿毛瑟98K的VZ33步枪）。两者基本上没有区别
，甚至中正式步枪就是毛瑟98K的仿制版。
班：轻机枪1挺，（估计要么是歪把子，要么是捷克式），编制4名射手， 步枪冲锋枪
至少8只。德军每班有一挺毛瑟MG34通用机枪，既可以做轻机枪， 也可以做重机枪使用
。火力很猛， 压倒歪把子和捷克式。但和捷克式差距并不大，德军的一些单位也使用

凡是制度性宣传，无不需要有一个意识形态的神话基础。精明的宣传都知道，一般的民
众不容易相信小谎话，但却很容易相信大谎言。小谎话与大谎言的区别在于是否可以用
经验去证伪，意识形态是最不容易证伪的大谎言，因为那本来就是一个与经验不沾边的
神话。意识形态的神话建立在一系列由假定和推理关系联接起来的“概念”和“想法”
之上，构成一个封闭的、自我完足的逻辑秩序结构。它的正确性和合理性无须，也根本
不可能从人的经验得到证明。意识形态所代表的“历史”先进性，顾名思义就是超越任
何凡人的现世经验的。 任何人都不能以一时一地的经验去证明它存在或不存在，可能
或不可能。由于它无法证伪，所以它成为当然正确的绝对真理。既然是绝对真理，当然
也就绝对不允许质疑或妥协。因此，这样的“主义”也就成为一种最严格意义上的“教
义”。苏联作家巴贝尔（Isaak Babel）在1938年的一次私人谈话中说：“苏联政权全
靠意识形态的支撑，如果没有这个支撑，它10年内一定垮台。”这句话被汇报给秘密警
察，巴贝尔被处死了。

since four Americans were murdered by terrorists in Benghazi, Libya. One of
the big questions that has plagued those following the story is why this
administration chose to lie for weeks on end about the cause of the attack
