美美地睡了个懒觉，对于出门在外的我这几乎是不可能发生的事情。
当然也有原因，在下目前经济拮据，所以今晚不打算住店了，青年旅馆也算上。
打算今晚整夜在迪吧混了，明天飞机上补觉。
此外反正布鲁塞尔（Brussels）一天两天也看不完，索性慢慢来，看多少是多少，以后
有机会再来。
这样盘算下来，干脆睡个懒觉犒劳犒劳自己。
10：00才离开酒店，把行李寄存在酒店先。
沿着大街 Rue Royale 走，先看了国会纪念碑（Colonne du Congres 即 The Column
of Congress）。
它是纪念1830年起草了比利时（Belgium）宪法的那届国会。
纪念碑顶是比利时第一位国王利奥波德一世（Leopold I）的雕像。

加拿大难以招架，开始大批遣返难民

美国自去年底收紧签证和绿卡以来，大批难民从加美边境非法涌入加拿大，给加国的移
民系统构成巨大压力。加拿大政府从最初的欢迎姿态，到现在已经感到难以应付，并且
开始行动遣送大批难民回国。
根据政府的数据，被遣返的墨西哥难民，今年迄今以来的人数比去年全年多了66%。加
拿大自去年12月取消对墨西哥入境签证后，涌入人数大增。
被遣返的海地难民今年迄今已有474人，而2016年全年是100人。上万名海地难民因为担
心被美国遣返而非法涌入加拿大。
今年以来，截止本周二，被遣返的难民人数为5529人，而去年全年的遣返人数是7357人。
加拿大移民难民局表示，从美国入境申请难民的人数急升，已经令加拿大移民系统不能
