俺一样，语文学得不好，整天打错别字。
后来大叔接连经历两次搬家，被飞蛾追逐，与老鼠共眠，报告下雨天，能想起的就
这么多,其他请大家补充。
大叔虽然可怜，可是从来不会得罪人，成功塑造了一个可亲可敬的大叔形像。这是俺

的利益冲突，但一时难于找到出路。一方面，布什当局迫于舆论压力，不可能宣布解除

发帖数: 3509 | 41 1. 不是所有confession都是guilty plea，但是guilty plea本身是一种confession。
我上面明确说了“对着法庭plead guilty”，就是说在plea阶段对着法庭作出的才叫
guilty plea。有guilty plea直接就定罪了。所以这是confession直接定罪的一种情况。
2. OJ当然可以plead not guilty，那就进入审判。审判中检察官可以传唤警察作证，
警察可以这样作证：”OJ跟我承认了人是他杀的。“ 警察的这个证词就成为了证据的
一部分，只依靠这个证据本身够不够定罪那是陪审团要考虑的事情。通常只有
confession不足够定罪，虽然confession算是比较强的证据， 但是这样一句证词通常
来说没有强到prove beyond a reasonable doubt。所以检察官还会加入其它证据进行
佐证，多项证据互相印证以求达到prove beyond a reasonable doubt。
但是警察的证词，也就是OJ的confession，确实是证据的一部分，是要被陪审团考虑评
