C/C++/Java里，缩进means nothing other than making your code neat。
现在的问题是，C/C++/Java的conditional statment如果只有一句，不用{}，两句以上
，一定要用。Python并不存在这种confusion，因为Python的contional statement哪怕
只有一句，也必须缩进，这等价于C里conditional statment只有一句也必须用{}。。。
如果Python也来个如果只有一个condtional statement不用缩进，两句以上的才用缩进
，那么我相信Python也会有一个coding convention来要求所有condtional statment必
须缩进。。。
其实我是觉得C系列语言的compiler & interpreter应该改为loop，conditional
statement都必须用{}包起来。。。否则之间编译出错。。。 |

necessary, control rods will be inserted into the core. for PWR, the control
rods are hang out of the core by electric power and it will fall by gravity
as power cut off.

房子：
现在listing price： 492，000
2011年7月 sold（public records） 577，000 （foreclosed and bank-owned）
房子学区，大小，结构，HOA fee，都满意 按照目前的 492，000 是 $346 per
square feet
问题是： 这个房子要搬进去的话，需要自己repair，墙上有些洞要补一下（不过不是
大洞），要重新粉刷，铺地毯，搞浴缸。 （不过这些应该不会花太多钱，我觉得自己动手2万之可以搞得很不错了）
很近的一个房子（move in condtion的，装修还不错的，最近刚卖的是339 per squre
feet）
大家觉得这个bank own的房子 和 bank 还有还价的空间不？
周围可以选择的房子很少，所以不想因为出价太低错过这个机会，如果不买，要找到类
似的可能比较困难。

查一个变量以判断是否有data被producer生成的话，系统占用率会很高，大量CPU时间
都浪费在轮询上了。
研究了一下pthread，里面的condtion variable好像可以用来同步线程。但发现只
有pthread_cond_wait和pthread_cond_signal两个主要函数，一个用来等某个条件
，另一个用来发出该条件。找了半天没看到如何取消该条件来导致线程重新进入等
待状态。也就是说，比如用户A等待某个condition，然后B激活该condition，A被唤
醒，完成工作，下面想让该condition被取消，这样A继续能够用pthread_cond_wai
t来睡眠直到condition重新被激活为止。
如果只用pthread_cond_wait和pthread_cond_signal两个函数的话，用户一旦被唤
醒就不可能再被催眠了，这样就没法达到设计的目的。
