condon区的边线对过，大概直线距离100米。这片condon是新建成的，现在在卖，共有
25栋，大概可以住150户。
房子在好学区，list price 现在比 assessment 低2万。应该还能再砍下来一些。
请问这样的房子，可以考虑么？有什么需要注意的么？以后是不是不好卖？ |

离着heiward 比较近，开车到SF也就40min左右
房子被remodeling加了一堵墙，所以内部是3房间
我bf用现金买的，因为很便宜只有11。6万左右，HOA很便宜，大概260每月
他想以后出租给上班的，上学的人，那个condon看着挺新挺干净的，离着山上比较近，属于很安静安全的社区
现在foreclosure的房子越来越少，而且和美国银行贷款也不是很容易，所以我bf决定用cash先买个小房子，出租赚点现金流
他今天还继续出去看房了。。。。。condon虽然上升空间不大，但是比较好出租，也还OK啦 |

比如我bf的condone（2房2浴），每月整租等于能有10%的利息。。比放银行saving强多了

国内存款利率现在大约是4－5百分点，也就是说，放银行，一年收益稳稳的2w左右。如
果楼主出租，一年不会有这个价钱，而且还要装修，还要维护。考虑的因素有两个，一
是房屋升值的空间，二线城市房屋还能升多少呢，本人不看好这个。二是人民币汇率，
这个我觉得太复杂了，想不清楚。如果按房屋售租比而言，显然在美国收益要高些，好
租的区域，除去房产税，一年收益在8％－10％，千万不要买个烂房，自己租不出去，
还得养房啊。
如果我是楼主，就那自己的现钱买个小户型住着，小的apt或者condon，condon有管理
费，所以我选择1bed'或2 bed apt，作为投资用，一不用付房租，二可以日后出租做投
资。国内的话，存银行或者去股市吧，不去房市。 |

2 可以选择的是A，B C
A，一般的学区40W，小学中学在7-8分，高中比较差。大概可以买到一些CONDON 好点的汤耗子45-47W。两者的HOA费在200-250。或者45W-47W也可以买很破很旧的小黑屋，700-800尺的那种。优点，华人多，生活很方便。上班5MILE。
B 老莫区，30W-35可以买一个SFR，新旧凑合。学区很糟糕。5分样子。都是穷人，自然治安也不好。 优点，价格便宜，紧挨华人区，生活也方便。上班5MILE
C 很远白人区，学区分数小学9-10 中学9-10，高中8分
42W-50W 可以买一个1990-2001年的SFR。55W可以买个2300多尺的dream house.优点，环境好，治安好，学区好。缺点，远，上班35MILE 开车上班45-50分钟 没中餐馆，没中国超市，以后腐败也参加不了。

我就买个10w的apartment，以后不一定定居，两年后可能就卖了换城市，总比租
apartment划算，每个月房贷也就500-600$，算上税费一个月到顶也就800$，还是比租
房便宜点，两年走了之后，还能卖出一点钱，不指望升值保值什么的，比租房纯投入有
点回报就行。

发帖数: 19743 | 43 最近发现一个新的乐队Beirut。据说出生在NM的Condon现年19岁。于是顿时觉得这个年
轻人很有才华。第一张专辑Gulag Orkestar就引来众人瞩目，虽然乐评有好有坏。
总体来讲，我认为这张专辑对于很多人来说是可以”开眼界“的。不清楚Condon是否去
过欧洲，但是这张专辑融入大量欧洲，特别是东欧的民俗音乐元素，乐器，非常的有趣
。虽然有人认为，虽然有很多元素，和original的欧洲音乐还是差别明显。不过我认为
，Beirut并非就是要做欧洲民乐，所以他们自己吸取元素之后自己发挥也是很好的事情。
几周前Beirut又在emusic上exclusively发布了两首单曲，众人失望，因为和第一张专
辑差异比较大，不再是欧洲民乐风格了。这个乐队的走势现在看来是很不明确的。
EP Lon Gisland也是非常有趣的，值得一听。主唱声音很舒服，虽然Gulag Orkestar里
面整个唱法稍微缺少变化，显得有些单一。

异，说明表达量还不够高。
MCS后一般有stop condon, 所以你的stop condon 没测出来应该没大问题。
我做transfection的质粒一般A260/280 是大于等于1.9， Qiagen kit prep.
plasmid浓度最好1ug/ul 以上。
我觉得你看不到差异的原因很可能是表达量还不够，但你没有tag也没法检测它是否已
表达，你把效率提上去再检测看看，我觉得还是很有希望。
提高转化效率也是我一直的问题，但我估计我转的质粒比你大，我前几天在这问过这个
问题。 你先用脂质体方法试两次，LTX或lip2000, 若还不行，建议你再try电转，据说
效率高出很多。 |

但基因是intronless的，表达量很低，用RNAseq只检测到少数几个，都证实了有提前终
止的stop condon。为了拿出更多的证据，觉得需要做3‘RACE，但基因表达量太低而且
可能根本不表达，除此之外还有什么好办法证明有提前的终止位点。一般的RT-PCR是没
有办法排除DNA污染导致的PCR产物（intronless)。 |
