We just received a tragical news that Ms. Wang, a Chinese scholar at NIBIB/
NIH, was involved in a serious traffic accident in Rockville last night.
Unfortunately, she later passed away in the Suburban Hospital where she was
taken by ambulance. There are no words right now to express our loss. We
give our deepest condolence to her family and friends.

Wooten began serving as dean Aug. 1 after working as associate dean for

Bicyclists are not insured... And this guy probably has little money in his
pocket. Your options are very limited. Social workers won't help you much.
Perhaps you can contact the chamber or rotary in Chinatown and see if they
can help you connect with the right organizations.
