也就是说比如原来父母有某种疾病，比如说糖尿病，那么探亲的时候，
如果这个病发病了（比方说），需要看病了，那这个时候这个visitor medical
insurance根本就不能用在这个病上
如果探亲期间，摔断腿了什么的，就可以用这个医疗保险了
能不能这样理解，这种医疗保险其实只管 外伤，不管 慢性疾病？
急性的疾病，比如就突然感冒发烧了，病毒感染得胸膜炎了什么的，
这种病可以用这个医疗保险？
