attemp to summit Dumbell mountain several years back.
The route finding in that place is notourisly bad. Many could not summit
simply because of missing the route, including us. |

以前和其他小伙伴特别追求吃的，也有背红酒牛排什么的去做的
2.如果有campsite的话一般会有个厕所的，但我们这个就没办法了，就找个小树林解决
问题去啦
3.我的背包最轻 28lb，亭的32磅，凡的42磅。我的装备全部都是ultralight的，另外
我也没有她们带的东西那么全，比如护手霜这样奢侈的东西我是不会带的！ |

I am thinking about selling my E92 335i. I love this car but I am moving for
a new job so I MUST SELL it.
It is a 2008 E92 335i with 27K miles. I ordered it through BMW of Mountain
View two and half years ago. I have always been babying this car since I got
it first day. I only handwashed it and parked it in garage.

same as MATE Manual but there are 40-50 more problems in the seminar manual.
Stay away from Condie problem set. |

觉得他有一下几点比较突出
有audio的outline，可以上下班开车的时候听听，考试前一个月听很有帮助 混个脑熟
那种需要bs的题目就都能整两句得 个及格分
online seminar可以翻来覆去的一直听
最重要的是 押题准啊 case study的题基本都押中了 我当时看到卷子就笑了
还有一个 condie的seminar也是online的 我觉得他的seminar很一般 但是在考试前几
个礼拜会给一套题 也能押中几道 这套题可以单独买 这个我也强烈推荐
可怜我csp考了n次 要是早知道有tia的seminar 我就不用考的那么死去活来的了 所以
就想给大家分享一下 争取第一次考就把这些资料都收了 一次就过

but definately not the seminar itself as I've seen many loopholes in his
problems set for DP-GH.
Unless he has changed otherwise, some of the questions from his practice
exam definately had very poor quality. They are either way too simple or
directly taken from the book without any thought process. However, I do
admit a couple questions are usually decent so you might as well buy
it if the company is paying.

对外政策上完全延续Bush的政策，几天前Condi Rice在CBS上被要求提出哪项Obama的对
外政策是失败的，Rice说不出来一条来，后来她给的唯一一条是美国应该在叙利亚上更
主动，既然俄罗斯和中国不配合，美国就应该更主动一些，不能只是只给叙利亚的反对
派武器。她差点没说美国应该入侵叙利亚了。当年Obama提出的那么多“理想主义”的
政策，现在都落实了哪一项？更不用提他的drone attack把所有military age的成年人
都当成武装恐怖分子，杀死了多少无辜的人，只能增加当地人对美国的敌意。
对内政策上，这次的经济危机，Bill Clinton完全脱不了干系，Glass–Steagall Act
是他任内的时候被废除的，他卸任之前一个月签署了Commodity Futures

发帖数: 172 | 45 以前拿到过一个homepath的房子。感觉是homepath有两种，一种就是普通的homepath
finance这种的房子一般都比较干净，还有一种是homepath renovation. 两种首付都很
少，3%左右，优点很像FHA和FHA203K。homepath还有个优点是fannie mae给你3.5%的
closiing fee。（上周末的报纸上看到fannie mae现在给up to 6%给buyer）
另一个特性是它的rate会稍微高一点，但是没有FHA的PMI。give-and-take.
谈谈homepath的缺点，它没有appraisal contingency，不管appraisal是多少，它都可
以贷给你，通过它的participating lender.
还一个可能的缺点是它不付closing fee里面本来根据地方法律应该由seller来承担的
那部分，但是有买fannie mae的朋友在close of escrow后面拿到了fannie mae的退款
。所以我觉得都是negotiable.
从来没有排斥过fannie mae,对我来说只要房价对condi |
