我就尽量证明自己背景很match他的JD。一位中国senior mm很友好，问我一个他们面临
的问题：作为infrastructure团队，疲于应付上千人的工程师的服务要求，怎么从
process角度增加服务效率？我说了几个tier： askinfra 邮件列表+ Wiki； service
request website with priority&SLA; weekly office hours to teach engineers
how to self-service; (hire vendor team)。
我问principal觉得我怎样，觉得这个position最大的challenge是什么，他说我技术很
强，要求这个position要有很好的“relationship”。
两周了没联系，估计挂了，毕竟relationship是终极能力，自知有待提高。

么是composition。
然后是skype面，三轮三个烙印，每轮30分钟。第一轮三妹问了spring，rest api基本
概念，authentication有几种方法，REST API POST request payload是多大；第二轮
三哥出题是给出一个长度为n，元素是1到n的乱序array，写一个排序程序；第三轮三哥
让写一个java程序读取文本文件word count. |

天打电话谈待遇。
我已经签了Concur Technologies，这个就不能要了。不过因为在Concur是做machine l
earning的，在office组SDET，这些知识就都用不着了，所以之前就想好了会从了Concu
r的。
一共五个人面试。
第一个是东欧人，问behavior quesions，长达半小时。然后给一个平时喝水的纸杯，说
你打算怎么测试这个产品，又是半小时。
第二个老印男，principle SDET，人很友好，问怎么测试vending maching。test的问题
我之前完全没准备过，所以纸杯测试答得不好，但是东欧人一直给指方向，所以到了ve
nding machine我就知道他们要听什么了，这个答得我觉得很好。然后在电脑上给了一个
新建Access Web App的对话框，问怎么测试。大约就是，输入是否合法，文件名可能出
现怎么样的问题之类的。
然后和老印男吃饭。谈我过去的project，谈西雅图的天气。人很友好，就是老发问，吃
不好饭……
