into law that allows residents of other states to carry concealed weapons
over state lines into Sooner territory.
This new law will benefit residents of states that do not require a

concealer, maquicomplete
也没怎么用，就需要时，会用它遮盖一下黑眼圈。
我生理周期总会长几颗痘，一般用针挑掉后，酒精消毒，过几天就完全好了，但绝对不
敢把concealer往痘痘上点的。要知道粉类化妆品是痘痘的天敌，越用痘越多。
最近有几次活动，不得不用concealer盖痘痘了。是已经给我挑过的痘痘。我特别
担心点了concealer，第二天会发炎。
但神奇的事情发生了，点过concealer后，第二天挑过痘痘的伤口未发炎，而且完全结
疤，一碰就掉了。超级高兴。
所以特地向mm们推荐一下。lancome的concealer。不知道别的如何，起码lancome的很
好，很细腻，颜色也多。
By the way，如果你满脸是痘，那就去看医生，别用foundation之类任何粉类化妆品，
否则你的脸就毁了。我的推荐是针对偶尔需要哲几颗痘痘的mm。 |

在腰间，小腿上或者在车里触手可及的地方抓起来就能用
才叫携带。像警察弟弟那样明晃晃叫OPEN，不露，藏着掖着

北卡允许公民隐蔽携带武器，但是需要申请一个隐蔽携带许可（conceal carry weapon
permit or CCW permit）。申请这个许可有不少前提，其中两个前提是being a US
citizen at the time of application以及completed a recognized conceal carry
class。这个课就是一个recognized conceal carry class，顺利完成以后会拿到一个
certificate of completion，18个月内可以申请CCW。但是如果不是美国公民的话，拿
到了certificate也没有任何用处。
北卡法律不禁止非公民参加这个课；但是这种课程的教官在是否接受非公民学生的态度
上因人而异，很多要求学生必须是公民。对这个课有兴趣地朋友们最好和教官核实一下
，确定他们允许非公民学生。

的，但对concealed carry没有说很清楚。如果我带枪去靶场，枪放在车后备箱里，枪
弹分离，不知道算不算concealed carry.感觉到这里有些灰色地带。万一在去靶场的路
上被警察截停如何解释？有点担心。 |

比如红色的豆印可以用绿色的遮瑕膏，紫色的眼带用黄色遮瑕膏，黄色皮肤的人可以用
紫色的修容膏。
我正在用DRUGSTORE的便宜货，一刀一个的NYC CONCEALER，绿色的可以遮盖红色的豆

本人两年前在amazon上买了一个非常小的电击棒（stun gun），都可以当钥匙链的，一
直放在背包里都没打开过，也忘记了它的存在，我也不知道拿这个是需要有permit的。
几天前的飞机从east lansing 机场飞到Chicago，在过安检的时候被拦下来了，结果被
发现有这个小电击棒，说是属于carrying concealed weapon without permit，是非常
严重的事情，自己查了下，严重的话是属于felony，会有criminal score的，还会拘留
7天。没想到小小的东西，结果会这么严重。目前是非常着急，也咨询了律师，律师也
说很严重，这case只能打打看，而且还会花一大笔律师费。现在觉得多花钱就花了，只
是非常担心我的visa。一旦有了criminal score，我的visa应该就会无效了。我还有一
年才毕业呢。总之现在非常着急上火。不知道最后结果能怎么样。不知道组里有没有人
知道谁发生过类似的事情，具体我该怎么办呢？希望能得到些积极的回复，这两天听律
师说的，都有点绝望了。谢谢各位了。 |

defend myself from wild animals. With Utah CCW, it allows me to conceal
carry in only one more state that I care about. That is Wyoming. Still no
