proposal很少超过4个, 有两个E的基本没听过. E,V,V,G就可能highly competitive, V
,V,G,G就可能competitive. 有的panel没有一个highly competitive, 有的panel只有
1,2个highly competitive或competitive, 有的panel没有一个proposal被fund了.

competition 的概念，对人生的价值很大。。。虽然很多这个版上很多开口闭口
competition，但俺其实是 shocked by 很多缺乏 competition 的基本常识。。。甚至
最最基本的，不是跟你 neighbor 比，而是跟 National Top Percentiles 比。。。另
外就是 competition 是不能保证自己不被垫底炮灰的，know where we are，以及选择

大部分USTA team都是以赢球位目标的。但各队能力不同。当然也有个别队是为了输球
组建的。所以你要根据自己的league目标选择team.
如果为了Championship,那要谨慎的多挑挑。看看已有队员的能力，在看看他们过去
USTA 的战绩就有个大概的概念了。再跟captain聊聊，看他的赛季的计划是啥。E.g.
have fun play everyone? Or always play the best lineups. 如果是后者那就要问
captain对你安排了。如果你在队里水平不高，可能一个赛季都打不了一两场。
如果为了有竞争的比赛。那就找个弱点的队，保证上场时间。不过也要跟captain事先
商量好，因为大家参加league都想多打些。你打多了，自然有人就打少了。
其实你的self-rating和你最终能打多少场competitive match没关系。就拿我们这的
league数据举例了。假设你实际是solid3.5。

一个中小学生辅导的组织招兼职老师，在发给我offer时，还发了一个non competing agreement，竟然把所有的中小学生辅导课程(STEM方向)都包括了。
给的也不高，就是挣点零花钱而已。还一次把所有的STEM方向都涵盖了，这个协议合理吗？怎么反驳呢？
