子真是确实有话说。
楼主的女儿如果是很希望lead，我觉得很好，那做事情喜欢带领别人，同时要培养孩子
也能吃苦耐劳，帮助别人，lead别人的时候也要付出很多。
我认识的一个女儿，那种“lead”完全不对劲儿，她经常性的联合几个孩子欺负一个孩
子，有一次就是联合四五个女孩包围我女儿，不让我女儿走。别告诉我是闹着玩的，女
孩子们的聚众“虐待”对孩子的伤害远大于男孩子们的打架斗殴，想想都很害怕。
女儿从来不让我插手这些事情，如果我直接去找老师，我女儿以后会在也不告诉我这些
事情，所以我放任不管。我告诉女儿，希望她不要跟风去加入联合欺负别人的团队，这
不是一件好事情。我女儿身强力壮，当时几个女孩围着我女儿不让走，我女儿一使劲就
冲出去了，几个女孩凭体力耐力都不是我女儿的对手。接着老师就让那个dominate的女
孩time out了。当这个头头time out的时候，立马其他女孩就跟我女儿一起玩了。
我其实挺后怕，我听说高中女孩更加的帮派化，会聚众欺负弱势群体，不知道是真是假

定了治疗的针剂和口服药，要TM吃半年。我直接找到我自己的医生，给我验血，验血结
果显示我一点问题都没有。直接让移民医生退了药，没病吃个毛线药！
血检是最准确的。我的皮试阳性可能跟我打过另外一种疫苗有关，移民医生也想赚钱。
但你只要让你自己的医生验一下血就成了。
注： 最后顺利拿到绿卡。 |

all new hired should get 4 and 3 will be given to somebody who has been here
for a year or so but no big show yet
so it is normal
but you can ask your boss to write review commment to say the reason you get
4 is not representing your performance review. it is just a new rule of the

commment, he hinged his wrist in the backswing to make sure it's a upright
swing plane, for the downswing part, the hip rotation and arm rotation are
the key timing thing. the rest thing is: swing-down-to-the-line..
