一个杂志邀请审稿，审的时提了一些修改意见，是major revision；
然后过了两个月，编辑又把作者修改过的稿件发过来让我审，我感觉修改的挺好了，
上次的提的那些comments作者已经做了相应的修改。
因此我就在提高审稿结果时说:the authors have addressed all the comments the
reviewer raised.Therefore, I suggest the acceptance of this manuscript in
its current form.然后就提交了。
可今天突然在自己的审稿系统里看到，自己已经提交过的这篇稿件又回到了未审稿件
列表里面，打开后发现多了个“reject”在系统里。

还有，一般情况下，review说好话，但是也有一些保留，同时也提出一些修改意见，也
就是说：不可能全是好话。比如说：

USCIS出的的确是个memo, 这是memo的链接。

从memo上你可以看到，一直提到soc code，那个知名律师greg也说了，这种情况下只有
limit similar job的定义非常不好
Comments 1月4号截至，算算时间3月份finalize差不多。

马的行政法令做到最好，他和他的membership 成员让我们多comments,他们会把建议
take into consideration的

但新来的老板comments里写了2点问题，当时一读就觉得吃惊
因为这2点问题自己觉得还不是小问题
但平时1:1时要求给feedback从来没提
更重要的是这2个问题自己不认可
于是就argue起来，解释了一番
态度诚恳的希望老板改一改
老板很不情愿的答应了
改了一改直接发给我sign
我一看，kao，改的方法是写的更长把2问题解释的更多还不如不改呢
于是就去找老板说这不行，要求改
态度更诚恳，appreciate这个词那一刻被用烂了
可review系统已经不让改了，但我还是坚持
于是坐在老板旁边看着他给hr发邮件看怎么改
大家都有点不爽，但已是上周五6点，只能不欢而散
打算下周一继续战斗，但离paycheck只有2天
搞不懂的是老板这么做出于什么动机
于我于他都没有任何好处，何况我review结果不错
给不好的comments意义而在呢
我主要的目的是不希望record里有
不公平的不能接受的对career不利的comments
btw,这老板是外面招进来的，level高但水平能力一般
一般到用一般都有点勉强，但据说搞关系有一套 |

Professional，没法添加数字签名来 allow comment。

column 1 (no leading spaces or other characters at the beginning
of the line), LaTeX's docstrip program will almost do what you
want. Just run "latex docstrip" and answer the questions. You'll
see that LaTeX/docstrip will remove all those comments, but add
new preamble and postamble comments to the file, hence I say
"almost".
I would normally use grep/sed to do what you described. |

Nature for your new results (of course it is a controversy to former Science Magazine that article/report
or at least you improved that former paper's results) that is better for your career than do it
at Science 上的technical comments column.
该需要经过review的.即使是质疑,也需要有实验数据来justify和support质疑的正当性
