I usually gave tough interviews to all candidates but gave better coments to
Chinese candidates if all things are equal.
But more often I find India candidates with equal technical skills but way
better communication skills.
Sorry guys, this is not only a problem the Chinese candidates are suffering
from but also one that the Chinese interviewers are suffering from. And the Chinese
interviewer will become Chinese interviewee some other day...... |

其中有两步涉及到我做的事。我对第二步的timing提了问，问为什么要那么早push，对
方头儿答需要我们push了他们才好测试，然后顺带问了他手下一句，对吧？ 我回了句
：不需要我们push,只要如何如何他们就可以测了。结果俺前老板（现已不是俺老板但
工作关系密切他自己也仍常摆出老板姿态发号司令）立马说；这不是问你的问题。我马
上住口了。结果对方出来解释的人答非所问。
接着讨论到某个地方，与我们密切相关，我说我能coment一下吗，前老板马上跳出来说
，Hold, 然后自己说了一通然后也不把话pass 回来给我。
等他们滔滔不绝完后，我说：can I chime in, just for one minute? 有人说，ok.
我当时心头有火，说了句气话，我说我也许该shut up的，然后表示讲完这一句后肯定
不发言了。笑了一下（苦笑那种），发了言。因为接下来又有个会，就挂了先撤了。

Comentators spent some time on analysis their swings and said there were too
much similarity between them. I totally agree. In the meantime, that's the
swing I am working on.
it's like Aaron(i assume it is him) said, "now I know my swing better, even

Yesterday, I started a posting titled 北京武汉等地民众举行反法示威,
introducing a report in BBC Chinese edition which had that title. there is
about two coments by two other person, and I replied to one. For no reason,
the Chinanews board deleted the postings except the last one, which was mine
. Idemand that the whole series be restored and an explanation.
