1.It used to be advised not to let the fuel get too low in the tank. This

lz的第二个问题：“如果lease完keep住，这样算下来比直接financing买要贵吗？”
这个问题是我，也应该是很多人最关心的一个问题，根据我从网上得来的信息，我的答
案是：贵！而且贵不少！
1.leasing比financing要多付一个“acquisition fee”也叫bank fees，这是lease
company收的，跟dealer没多大关系，免不掉的，大概$750，车出门之前一次性交付;
2.leasing比financing要多付一个“Rent / Finance charge”，这个是我以前不知道
的，以前我以为customer主要支付车辆在lease期间贬值的那部分就可以了，原来这个
Rent payment也是个大头，是用来补偿lease company把新车借给你开所带来的风险以
及购车款不能及时回笼所带来的投资损失的；
Rent / Finance Charge = (Net Cap Cost + Residual Value) x Money Factor x

- Lease省钱还是卖新车省钱：从制造商的角度来看，lease基本上都有利润，而卖新
车很有可能要倒贴。
- 美国车的Rebate：因为以前美国车质量太差了，所以绝活就是Rebate，所以美国汽
车公司卖新车长期亏损。主要靠loan/credit捞回来。
- 关于菲力猫的租车理论：卖车给Rental Comany的问题是这样，1）美国很多时候开
车代表一个人的生活品质，如果开一个Rental car感觉不好，2）Rental car 都要特别
多的discount，3）Rental car经常大批的往二手车市场倒旧车，严重损害resale
value。

1, Try to go to best MBA schools which will help you land a good job
2, even if you go to a average MBA school, it is still OK, The key is to get
as much as internship experiences as possible which can be used as your

3, unless you got GPA 4.0, otherwise no differences between GPA 3.2 & 3.9,
