Upper Peninsula - The fall color in the Upper Peninsula really popped this
weekend. The highlands and the interior are now peak and some areas may be
past peak. There is also very good color in regions near the the shore of
Lake Superior with near-peak to peak colors in those areas. You should be
able to find plenty of peak color this weekend and there should be peak to
past-peak color widespread for the weekend of October 6 and 7 in the Upper
Peninsula.

没有大幅度变动，但COLOR差一个档次，价格就减少很多。
我当初考虑过一个1.01 carat, I color, VVS1的，10500刀，照说上T家一克拉的很少
才一万出头，但I COLOR是TIFFANY所有钻石中颜色最差的了，我就问SALES，有没有一
克拉左右的，颜色好点的，但纯净度可以低一点的？SALES说，那样的话，价格就要高
一两千了，正因为I COLOR是T家颜色最低的一档，才会这么便宜。
如果买一般的牌子，I COLOR也许OK，但既然已经下血本决定买TIFFANY了，还是颜色好
点的吧，宁可牺牲点银子或者牺牲点克拉数了。 |

我提议从现在开始就正式统一改口叫它Skin Color Act 5，尤其是很多人还叫“那个AA
法案的”更应该改。
很多时候语言是非常关键的，反对堕胎的想出pro life的口号基本上为他们赢了一半的
战斗，对方花了好久才想出来pro choice这个提法，总算扳回一局。又比如好多人都说
bush tax cut，谁知道它的法案号码是多少。类似的还有obama care。我们叫他skin
color act一点都不过分，不知道的还以为SCA5真的是skin colora act的缩写呢
我们叫它skin color act，它就输了一半了，它就需要defend itself。language
matters，big time |
