I am working on HCAs in animal models and I use these chemicals as
carcinogen to
induce colon and prostate tumors. However, I have to use a lot (> at least
1000 times than human intake level) to induce mouse colon tumor (the model
is very consistent but the purified HCAs are very expensive.). My opinion
is that HCA is bad but processed meat is not that bad. We do not do BBQ or

hospitalisation and we didn't go back and ask those questions again whenwe
got the path results back. Would have hake the case better if we did.
About when the diagnosis is confirmed, it was when she got better on gluten
free diet. before that we were highly suspicious but there was still a
little doubt because of those negative serologies. Our GI fellow told her

，尔湾华裔居民李中(Lee Chung)因拒绝交钱给西裔抢劫犯，而被对方开枪打死在酒
吧外停车场。警方呼吁目击者或知情者立即拨打报警电话，以便尽快将杀人凶手缉
拿归案。
圣塔安纳警官考伦(Stephen Colon)介绍说，周六凌晨1点半，警方接获一通命
案报警电话后立即派人赶赴圣塔安纳西3街201号案发现场，警方在那里发现华裔居
民李中倒在血泊之中。救护车立即把受害者送往附近医院紧急抢救，但已回天乏术
，医生宣布李中已经没有生命迹象。
据朋友介绍，23岁的李中周五晚上和朋友一起去酒吧聚会，一直喝到周六凌晨
1点半两个人才一起离开酒吧，步行到停车场准备开车回家，结果途中遇到两名西裔
抢匪，其中一人手里拿着一把手枪。抢匪用枪指着二人开口要钱，遭到李中的当场
拒绝，结果持枪抢匪对着李的脑袋就是一枪，之后立刻逃离现场。李的朋友安然无
恙，躲过了一劫，但头部中弹的李中却应声倒下，当场死亡。朋友立即拨打报警电
话称：“开枪了，死人啦！”。然而等到警察和救护车赶到现场时，歹徒早已逃得

西太平洋部分海域放射性元素超我国海域300倍，国家海洋局网站日前公布的西太平洋
海洋环境放射性监测初步结果引发各方关注。国家海洋局环保司8月12日在给科技日报
记者采访函作出的书面回复中表示，监测结果表明，受污公海海域远超日方公布影响范

会公众公布监测结果，我局采用了分批检测、分批公布的方式。”回复说，此次西太平
