发帖数: 6 | 8 LP身体一直很好，可昨晚右腹部突然开始疼痛，今早加剧,去了urgent care，大夫怀疑
是阑尾炎，说还是要去ER。在ER做了CT,结果发现不是阑尾炎，而是colon上长了个长条
的tumor.更奇怪的是spleen上也有个4cm*6cm的tumor.大夫说不知道两者是不是有联系
，也不确定是良性恶性的。必须动手术才能知道。现在他要明天就开刀，把脾和那段直
肠一起拿掉。现在我们很害怕，完全不知道怎么办，认为应该相信医生就决定开刀了。
可我还是不放心紧急求助一下。
1.会不会是误诊？我问他需不需要做个肠镜和ultrasound再确认下。大夫说CT结果不会
错。
2. 手术是不是最佳方案？感觉他一个人把这个就定了，也没有会诊什么的。把脾就这
么摘了还是很担心，会不会对以后有影响。
大家的任何意见我们感激不尽！！ |

colon上的是个cyst,具体是什么他也不知道，但是在场的pathologist说肯定不是
cancer。现在去切片了。 |

面我的是另一人口大国的，Title好像是tech architecture lead之类，之前上

面试是structured，也就是拿着一堆问题隔着电话问，电话声音质量非常差劲，应该是

in 7-8 years)。 当然， 肠镜是最精确的(非常麻烦)。

昨天回来，总结一下。
去年听一家美国人说起他们去Costa Rica玩觉得很好，就计划也去玩一次。CR分旱季和
雨季，6月到11月是雨季，人少又便宜一些，而7月头半个月被称为雨季中的旱季，于是
就决定这时候去。
去CR如果有绿卡或公民就不需要任何手续。我主要在tripadvisor上做研究，定了旅馆
及租车以及行程安排，下面是整个过程。
第一天：开车到Chicago Ohare，车停在Pride airport parking, $6.5一天。值得注意
的是最后取车时我发现车被开了不少，因为油少了1/4，但是因为我没记里程表，也没
办法说什么，所以大家今后长期停车要记里程表以防万一。AA的飞机经Dallas到Juan
Satamaria internation airport.路上一共7个小时，下午7：15pm到机场。事先定的旅
馆Robledal Hotel派人在机场外拿牌接机。需要注意的是机场的exchange兑换率不好，

早期波多黎各人来到纽约等地后发现自己因为英语不好经常被当做二等公民对待，于是
对孩子进行“融入”教育，很多家庭以放弃西班牙语为代价来追求”正宗的英语“ （
很多华人也是如此）正如文章提到的，很多当时移民的心态是：”if you're speaking
English, you're better."
但是随着整个拉丁裔族群在美国的扩大和拉丁裔经济地位的提升，现在的波多黎各人越
来越对西班牙语文化表示自信。 而双语带来的广大工作机会和潜在发展前景也使得很
多波多黎各裔，在美国本土长大只会英语的年轻人重新开始学习西班牙语，并责备父母
为什么不一开始就教他们西班牙语。
正如文中被采访的女孩一样 “ Irizarry is disappointed her parents didn't
enforce Spanish when she was young and could soak up the language with ease.
"
并且她希望，她的孩子能够很自信的面对那个问题 ”你能说西班牙语么？“
