In a very unexpected ruling, when US District Court for DC, Judge Rosemary
Collyer, ruled that Washington Area Transit Authority must display
advertisements paid for by the American Freedom Initiative by 5 pm Monday 8
Oct0ber 2012.
The ruling was unexpected, not because of law, but because of Judge Collyer
’s court room antics the previous day.

全世界都开始围堵中国富人？备受中国富人青睐的英国“黄金签证”，从12月7日起被
叫停了。这是继去年美国国土安全部建议提高投资移民签证最低投资门槛金额后的又一
“不友善”举动，原因是不少中国富人滥用各国立意良善的投资移民政策。
参考消息网报导，“黄金签证”就是以个人投资换取某个国家的居留签证，继而获得该

歷史資料顯示，「鐵達尼」號上共有8名華人，全部來自香港，其中6人倖存，有人以不
光彩的手段保住性命，亦有人寧死不偷生，在海中浮沉之際獲救，之後知恩圖報，協助

「鐵達尼」號2223人中，有8人是來自香港的華人，同是海員，年齡由23至38歲，一起
用約56鎊的價錢買了一張可供8人使用的三等艙船票，他們分別是：Fang Lang、Lee
Bing、Ali Lam、Chang Chip、Choong Foo、Lee Ling、Ling Lee和Len Lam，後兩者在
慘劇中喪命。
當時船長下令，要讓船上婦孺先乘救生船離開，甚至有荷槍船員負責阻止男性接近救生
船，但32歲的Choong Foo等4名華人，被指偷偷爬上坐滿婦孺的一艘可摺式救生艇，躲

按理说玩游戏也有几个年头了, 别的足球游戏倒也玩过不少, 可回想起来玩的
最多的还是CM系列, 相比之下还是这个做的真实或者说全面一些. 从CM2开始,
每次试玩一个新版本时开的第一个进度我总选国际米兰, 这也多少反应了我对
现实中这支球队的不满和期望. 只有最开始玩CM的时候是个例外, 那还是在96年
吧, 因为那时的CM就很占硬盘, 我没有那么多空间把所有国家的联赛都选上. 而
且我记得从同学那拿来的盘似乎本来就不全, 于是只好选了一个法甲, 执教的队
伍是巴黎圣日尔曼. 说实在的, 那时候利扎拉祖长什么样我还不是很清楚, 但我
从游戏中就已知道这小子是个牛人. 回忆起来最初在CM中对比赛的操纵还远不如
今天这么细, 顶多只能换换人指定一下队长而已, 连谁发角球任意球都不能操纵.
所以有时候看到一个后卫将一个关键的任意球踢飞真是哭笑不得. 撇开一些不

生命，只是你我生命扩大的写照。我们不知道前面有什么试炼等着我们，但是我们相信
一件事：约伯受苦的日子，是他被人记念的原因；如果他没有受过苦难，他的名字绝不
会被记在圣经上面。因此我们在奋斗前进，遭遇到这种阻挠，而从不灰心的这些日子，
