是私人的房子，和房东相处的也很好。这是第一次住这种apartment complex，什么都
不懂。在这个地方是short term lease，住了只有4个月就搬走了，上上个星期，我想
都搬走5个多月，怎么他们还不把security deposite寄给我呢？于是打电话去问，被告
知，不但SD全被他们扣掉，我还欠他们1K刀！我一听，都晕了，急问为什么，因为修这
修那，打扫，再加换地毯，等等。而且，账单已经被送到collection agent。这是上上
个星期三打的电话，星期五收到一封信，就是collection agent的，再急查credit
report，这个collection已经在上面！可怜我和老公原本800多的credit score，一下
子降了200多，变成了600多。这还怎么贷款买房子啊！！！
再问他们为什么我们从没有收到过账单，先是说我们没给他们留地址，又说我们原来的
地址没有mail forwarding，几个回合之后，证明我们是留了地址的，我们的旧地址也

很奇怪收到这个collection agency的letter.
首先地址是指向我的地址，但是名字不对，这个地址没有他们信中所说的名字。
第二，我不欠这个债，甚至连creditor的名字都没有听说过。
怎么办？
还要不要去debt validation. 因为名字都不是我的名字。主要担心，如果发信去debt
validation, 他们改了原来追讨信里的名字，再寄过来一封讨债信就麻烦了。据说这些
collection agency都是千方百计想收集信息来make up story.

特别低，因为有一个medical collection record
想了下应该是半年前一次看病，医院多charge了，我没有付那不该我付的部分，后来跟
医院交涉多次终于纠正了错误，现在的credit report中collection balance说是0，但
是那个collection record还在。请问现在有什么办法去掉吗？据说会影响信用记录十年
啊。。。拿不到好rate了

医院把我的血液送到一个什么ACM lab 去化验,医院把我的地址搞错了(完全是医院的责
任).结果ACM lab 给错误的地址送了bill, 当然我是收不到的. 后来ACM lab 又把事情
交给了debt collection. debt collection 再交给credit report agency.
就这样我的credit report上无缘无故的多了一条unpaid debt.我联系了credit agency
要求dispute,解释了原因.但是他们不管,只管说debt collection给他们的,他们就接
受.
联系了debt collection, 他们说地址是ACM lab 送给他们的,是什么就是什么. 也不管
对错.
ACM lab 说已经交给debt collection 处理了. 有事找debt collection. 也不管.
找医院, 当然更不管了...
请问现在该怎么办?
怎么样能消掉credit report上这条negative debt collection?
如果消除不掉,请问有多大影响 |

，最近的分数都没降至少。
今天下午跟医院打电话说明情况了，医院说重新寄一份明细的账单让我看看再付给医院
。现在不知道是要跟医院慢慢谈账单还是跟collection agency谈，感觉很难把帐单降
下来如果跟医院谈的话。
晚上跟collection agency打电话，说明已经跟医院在谈
了，暂时不要report给credit bureau，collection agency态度倒还不错，说根据他们
跟医院的contract，我这类的collection他们是不会上报给credit bureau的，意思是
就算不付钱，根据医院跟collection agency的contract，collection agency也不能对
我的信用记录咋样，感觉有点 too good to be true了

今天收到一封collection公司的来信，说是contracted by City of XXX to collect
on past due citations，信里提到citation is for我的车牌号，时间是去年8月30号
，但是没说是什么原因，金额是100块。我左思右想，莫非是哪天不小心闯了红灯被拍
照了之类的。信上的地址写的是我3年前住的apartment的地址，我中间搬过两次家，但
是驾照地址一直没改。不知道是否这个原因从来没收到过City的账单，现在居然都到
collection公司了。
100块钱倒不是大事，现在关心的问题是到了collection公司，信用记录是否会严重受
损？有没有办法可以补救，因为真的从来没收到账单啊。请大家支支招，现在该跟谁去
negotiate，才能把这笔记录销掉？先谢谢了！ |

发帖数: 2452 | 38 几年前信用卡被盗刷几百刀在DISH NETWORK，然后通过银行dispute成功了。这笔消费
也退回来了。
但是从去年开始，这几百刀的突然出现在Experian信用记录里，显示collection。几番
折腾，弄了很久，终于让collection公司remove了。结果过了半年这笔collection又出
现了，而且换了个collection公司名字。
有一番折腾弄掉了。今天发现，这笔collection又出现了。
求教应该如何对付这种情况？多谢了 |

lz父亲来给lz看孩子，结果去了一次ER，后住院手术了。父亲已经回国了。因为没有买
保险，所以回国后，父亲送来一些证明，办了charity care，免去了住院费用。但是还
有别的单子不能免（大概4，5个医生啊，化验啊之类的单子，加起来5，6千）。当时lz
都一一打电话去问过，得到的答复都是，等charity care批准之后，再给他们打电话，
他们也会相应的adjust bill。尽管这样，在charity care批准之前，他们还是重复的
发信说你有outstanding balance要交钱。lz想着自己打过电话了，所以就都没有管。
lz不是不想交钱，但是想着等他们adjust bill了，能省点钱。
后来charity care下来了，lz打电话，也发了平信，要求adjust bill。目前只收到一
个回信，居然就是，你不要联系我了，你的单子已经转给collecting agency了，你去
联系他们吧。后来的确有collecting agency给我打电话，但是都是要求跟我爸说话，

我3年前有collection，也有eviction（最近租apartment我才知道的），我知道这些都
跟我7年，有没有什么办法可以提前消除这些记录的呢？比如我pay掉collection等等。
另外collection数额比较大，我想dispute。现在apartment卖给collection company，
而collection company又给law office来管理。我现在刚刚收到itemized bill，发现
很多项收费都不合理，如何给律师dispute呢？

Claiming she spent a marathon 12 consecutive days in Albany on “legislative
business,” Queens Assemblywoman Vivian Cook pocketed $171 for each
reported overnight stay — a total $2,197 in taxpayer money from March 21 to
April 1, 2010.
The Legislature was in session just three of those days — and Cook was

个collection 公司，他说，是2007年的我的生宝宝的账单。由于我搬家，所以那几份
账单被退回，医院就卖给那个要债公司。 我1月生的宝宝，9月般的家。
关键是，我根本没收到collection 的信，也不知道有那些账单。他们本来可以找到我
们的新地址的，我们搬家会通知保险公司和医院的。他们没想办法通知我，就把我
report给3大信用公司，破坏我的信用4年之久，我根本不知道。也根本不知道那些账单
。 我是不是可以sue那个collection 公司。不知大家有没这种经验。谢谢赐教。 |
