后自己可能开展的研究课题或工作。我实在是不知道该怎末下手，我的背景是以前做过
神经元甘氨酸受体通道的电生理研究，后来做过GABAA受体还有protocadherin蛋白的研
究，但我对老年痴呆之类的一点概念都没有，现在上网查也只能了解各大概，也没找到
老年痴呆和我熟悉的GABAA受体或是protocadherin之间有关系的相关文献，有没有高人
指点一下该怎末入手设计这个面试课题啊，万分感谢。
补充一下，先前通email他们好像对我的电生理研究背景比较感兴趣，另外我熟悉的实
验技术包括细胞培养，免疫荧光，western blot，基因克隆等。还有我查了一下，他们
研究所有人做β-Site APP Cleaving Protein 1 (BACE1)和CutA Divalent Cation
Tolerance Homolog (E. coli) (CUTA)的研究，还有人做AD小鼠模型。

美国的牛是圈养，吃的是饲料，以玉米骨粉为主，密度很大，牛的精神压力也很大，
生活的不开心，品种退化，最重要的是
1.瘦肉率很低C.L瘦肉只有50%~70%，澳大利亚再低也有80%~85%，小牛肉可以达到90%~95%
2.疾病交叉感染，牛的生活空间小，自然界的净化功能基本没有，牛身上到处是自己或
别的牛的粪便，听说过美国的e.coli O157:H7大爆发吗？就是因为这个原因
3.饲料，美国牛小时候吃的是肉骨粉，就是屠宰场的牛肉牛头牛骨，加热后磨成分，掺
点草料粉做成的，这样的循环，只要有一点耐热病原，就会被加入到整个畜牧业的中去
并被积累和放大，这就是为什么疯牛病在美国爆发我早就预言是100%的事情的原因
澳洲牛是放养，澳大利亚从60年代起就没有进口过任何动物饲料，这些条件保证了澳大利
亚产的牛和牛肉的质量，而且澳大利亚的屠宰加工技术是世界上最好的，MAP包装技术，
冷藏储存和运输等等都是世界上最先进的技术
麦当劳从澳大利亚进口ground牛肉，因为瘦肉含量高所以那它和美国的肥牛肉混合，

有很多新闻报道关于这个话题的，上周的law and order就是根据ecoliO157:H7这个背景
改编的，详细资料可以查询FDA和USDA的网站
O157:H7是致死性疾病，但在澳大利亚发现，但是同样的Shiga toxin 分泌型E.coli
在澳大利亚有O111:H-和O26:H-,澳大利亚的人懒，细菌也懒，都不爱长鞭毛游动一下，
所以都是H-型的，哈哈
美国之所以重视是因为O157:H7在一个快餐店叫做Jack in the box引起的，结果死了几个
小孩子，Hemolytic Uremic Syndrome 是这种大肠菌引起的症状，对于小孩子有很大杀伤
中国和香港，台湾，肉类完全没有卫生可言，因为没有屠宰后冷冻然后再加工的习惯
而且基本上没有人听说过HACCP等标准，更别说运用了
所以国内的肉，决不能生吃，或者加热不完全就吃。我们麦当劳的质控更严，运输途中
冷藏车的温度计坏了，冷藏功能还是好的，但是由于缺少质量控制的数据，原则上就有
温度曾经不合格的可能，所以一车肉全部condemn

对257个火鸡肉馅样品进行测试后，超过一半的肉馅，其所含排泄物细菌超标，有90%的
肉馅含有可以致生物体疾病的一种或多种类型的病菌，其中还有许多肉馅被证明含有一

约市中数千座盛装着上百万纽约客饮用水的水塔，经年来从未依照相关规定进行过应有
的检测。
据NBC新闻网援引纽约时报报道，调查人员在纽约市曼哈顿、布碌仑和皇后区的12
座建筑水塔中提取水样进行化验后，发现了其中5座水塔所蓄水中含有存在于鸟类和其
他哺乳动物粪便中的大肠杆菌。根据联邦法律规定，当饮用水中发现大肠杆菌存在后，
该水塔所盛的水必须经烧开后才可被饮用。
